A 21-year-old Disney-MGM Studios food services worker was arrested Thursday on child-pornography charges, the Orlando Sun-Sentinel reports.

The paper reported that Tony Guerra of Kissimmee, Fla., sent 63 still images and four videos of baby pornography to an undercover Australian agent through a chat site, officials said in a complaint filed in federal court.

Guerra, who was in the Marion County Jail awaiting a Friday court appearance, first caught Australian officials' attention when he entered chat sites looking for "hardcore videos involving babies," the Sun-Sentinel reported.

I can't even read further. I am so sickened and disgusted.

He should never be free to walk the streets again, but I bet he will.

Investigators in a black breach and again a bad name of the Dutch police. It smells again to Corrpution and a negative researching in missing persons cases

The man in this article has been linked to Tony Guerra, the 21 year old man this thread is about.
Passenger accused of looking at child porn

A MAN has been charged with downloading child porn in a first-class lounge at Melbourne Airport's domestic terminal in view of other passengers.

The Australian Federal Police said yesterday the Sydney man - a 44-year-old from Naremburn - was seen downloading images at a free internet terminal on Friday.

A search of the terminal's hard drive later found at least 57 pornographic images involving pre-pubescent children.

Assistant Commissioner Roman Quaedvlieg said the man had IT expertise and had been able to circumvent the lounge's computer firewalls.

"It is unusual for someone to be accessing this type of material in a public area where he could easily be detected," Mr Quaedvlieg said yesterday.

"It is a private booth but it has got an open back so any member of the public can walk past and have a look at the screen and see what he was up to."

Mr Quaedvlieg said police had searched the man's home and were examining his computer equipment and CDs.

The police also announced that a 38-year-old man, from Balranald in south-west NSW, had been charged after a joint undercover operation with the FBI last month to infiltrate an internet chat room.

The man was linked to a 21-year-old Florida man, Tony Guerra, who was arrested after he sent images to a male federal police officer who posed on a chat room as a 43-year-old mother with pedophile tendencies.

Police alerted the FBI that Guerra, an employee of Disney-MGM studios, had sent child pornography to the officer. Police in Florida later said Guerra had sent images and videos of babies being sexually assaulted.

"The images that were involved were graphic images of children that were well pre-pubescent," he said.

Man's massive child porn collection included newborns
By AMY L. EDWARDS
The Orlando Sentinel
Nov. 5, 2008, 8:19PM
A Central Florida man who had a massive child-pornography collection that included victims as young as newborns was sentenced to more than 10 years in prison Wednesday.

Tony Guerra, a former food-services worker at what was then called Disney-MGM Studios, pleaded guilty in federal court to one count of receiving and distributing child pornography.

In 2007, investigators found more than 5,000 images and videos of child pornography on Guerra's roommate's computer. In court documents, an investigator estimated the oldest of the children in the images was no more than 6.

During Wednesday's hearing, FBI Special Agent Nick Savage called Guerra's child pornography "the largest collection of infants and babies I've ever seen."

"This was an extremely shocking collection of child pornography," he said.
<snip>
Guerra told others his preferred age was zero to 12 years old and that he likes hearing children scream. In one chat, Guerra referred to wanting a 2-year-old. Guerra also suggested a man go to Disney to look for girls.

Investigators learned that Guerra persuaded a man in Australia to sexually abuse his 6-year-old daughter and 6-month-old granddaughter, record the abuse and share it with him.

Several of the people Guerra communicated with also have been arrested.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Karen Gable asked U.S. District Judge Mary S. Scriven to sentence Guerra to 20 years in prison.

Defense attorney Peter Warren Kenny asked the judge to sentence Guerra to the minimum — five years. He said Guerra is an "extremely damaged young man" who needs treatment.

Scriven accepted Guerra's plea agreement and ordered him to serve 130 months in prison. After prison, Guerra will be placed on probation for life.

This guy is getting off too lightly, imo.  He should not be allowed out in the general public, nor have access to the internet, ever again.

IMO
It is absolutely ridiculous that he is getting a min 5-max 10 years. This is a human that will ALWAYS be a danger to children. He is not curable ( as noted by most pedofiles and dr's)
And  the fact he is targeting infant, toddlers etc... should have a mandatory 25+ sentence (Although I believe ANY pedofile should get servere and long sentancing- they , in essence are 'taking lives').
what kind of system is this thta we can even consider such a lenient sentencing or letting out into the populace a person how is this evil, commits  such a disgustingly horrifying crime and has such a warped mentality.

Him, his mentality and crimes and his 'light sentence make me sick. And NO DOUBT , if/when he gets out, he will comit heinous crimes.

Have we not learned or do we just have a system thta is sympatico with pedofiles?
