not sure who the ticket will be yet.  Obviously, $ will again play a huge part in this election on both sides.  This is a trend I really dislike.  While I do not consider myself either I do have a tendency to vote Democratic about 75% of the time.  What seems to influence me the most over the years is exactly how domestic programs are addressed as opposed to affairs where our $ travel outside the USA.  I have never been one to accept blindly that we need to be funneling all our dollars to foreign nations at the expense of our own.

Not a liberal, but I am sure I am allowed to post here ...

Out of curiosity, why would Libs think that Hillary and Obama would be a good ticket? They can't stand each other.

A political ticket is never good when it is one that just takes what is perceived as the two top candidates in a party. There would be no chemistry between the two. That is one of the many things that was wrong with the Kerry/Edwards ticket ... it made no sense.

Honestly, the best candidate of all the Dems is Bill Richardson.

I would not want to see a Clinton / Edwards ticket. I think that would lose her the election.

I don't think she's gonna win anyway. I believe she is too devisive. But I do think she'll get nomination easily. Obama's time is not here yet.
Richardson would be a good choice for a VP.

The only problem with Richardson as Hillary's VP is that it would reek too much of Bill Clinton's Administration.

Hillary is going to have to set herself apart from Bill if she wants to be taken seriously and not just Hill/Bill II
