On the other hand Rob we are missing a golden opportunity to prove ALE who edited the tape are corrupt and getting a boat load of discovery. But it will be nice to see them not get a dime.

When I was at the grocery store today, Beth's book was at 17th place on best Seller's List.  (I'm not sure if this was NY TImes list or not).  But hooray Beth!!!

IIRC, it took a few weeks for Dave's book to get to #1 and then it stayed there for 3 weeks.

It has been brought up that even on contingency they will still have to pay out of pocket fees. Am sure lawyers who lose a contingency case will seek to recoup the maximum they can. Just guessing, considering the length of this case and the burden of distance the attorneys had to travel those brothers could easily be into the $50,000 range.

I would have just loved to hear how the only copy that was altered was the one ALE had their hands on, the one where it sounds like a lame attempt to have Deepak do a voice over with noise added in the background to obfuscate his saying She did.
