Exactly. Where do Aruba police have the authority to pass around evidence to an internet blogger? If their version is proven to be tampered with we have undisputable evidence of corruption and all parties involved should be dragged into court to get to the bottom of who did the altering and dispersement.

KLPD should have asked questions by now on the whereabouts of the belt and other items that have disappeared, but the more important questions they ask may be the reasons why evidence wasn't taken, particularly in the first 10 days, which  would fall squarely on the shoulders of Janssen and Van der Straten.

Did they think this was just about noodling a tape? Surely their lawyers knew the entire investigation would have bearing on whether Dr. Phil libeled them or not. Smart money would have folded their tent the minute they found out Dr. Phil had no intentions of settling out of court. Who will get the Internet Cafe out of this, Dr. Phil or the Kalpoe lawyers?

She must have her own documents, again  .  I didn't read that anywhere from the court documents.

The judge has told them to produce ALL documents.  If they have a certified letter from the NFI, I'm sure it would be included in the request.
