I was looking for a free-bee or semi free   PDF to text converter again an happend on the article.

I must say I'm confused as ususal in a lot of the leagal talk in the PDF's.  Jan.  is the date for closing which case ?

Thats how I read it... Not sure what it means for Natalee's case but seems like they are saying  when closed the documents could be used in the Dr. Phil case    I just do not know !!!

I think the prosecutor told the judge, she felt it would be wrapped up then.  I don't think the judge ordered it to be wrapped up. 

I read it as an opinion.

US cases have filings.  The US judges will not be leaking any special info, regarding the McGraw case, to Julia.  There will be no secret inside info, in this case.  This is a US filing.  There is a rumor that there is a collection jar at Moomba for the Kalpo legal fee fund, monitored by IFA....just a rumor...

So after 12/31/07, the Kalpoes can claim that they will then produce the documents?  Is this going to give them more time in the California proceedings or will that judge just rule too late.?

I read that letter as a "tentative" date also. Sounds like the judge is saying that the prosecutor has claimed it will be 12/31/07, but I doubt if that is set in stone.

It was on August 29th that the Prosecutor's Office announced that the decision will be made in November.

Then on September 24th Smid rules against the Kalpoes and cites a December 31st promise by the Prosecution?

What am i missing? Why the August announcement...if Smid's ruling was pending? Who knew what and when did they know it?
