So is it my understand that the Kalpoes have appealed the judges
ruling to turn over documents..
Do we know if they have filed?
Do we know if they filed within that 25 days they had to turn over the documents?
Or are they dragging feet and letting the judge know they will file appeal?
this court stuff gets all to confusing..

Well My opinion the appeal would be garbage if they didnt file within the timeline required... this should be interesting do we know when it goes to appeals court

I don't think it's an actual appeal but a request to stay the order.  However, the judge has already said there will be no stay.

Yes, general concensus among those posting in the forums with a legal background is that the Kalpoes screwed up by not filing within the 25 days.  Hope is the judge slaps them big time.  Hope is that the judge throws the case out.
