Natalee's Freebirds do all the "real" work, I just help them out by doing a slide show that can go in youtube.  I think it gets a wider audience that way.

Old Dugo post from 4/26/07...and noticed the language similarity between this Joran ruling and the recent Kalpoe appeal ruling.

"Why Joran is still a suspect

This from a ruling somewhere December '06 on wether to close the investigation against Joran.

The investigation is ongoing since June 2005 and that period cannot be considered unreasonably long, apart from the fact that this is undesireably long for the suspect personaly. Additionaly it has not been proven that there are such heavy weighing circumstances that the period, which for a complicated investigation as the presented into a more than probably committed indictable offence and the possible involvement - in any kind of way - of the suspect, should be shortened. The judge rejects the request."

Did you see dugo's post that if they are released from suspect status, then they have no access to case files, because they are not suspects??

Yes...but i forget the context and/or implication? In the DrPhil trial at issue are documents that the Ks and their lawyers admit are already in their possesion. Does this affect the family's attempt to get the case docs?
