This apparently happened near Asheville, NC. I've been hearing about it on local news (Asheville's an hour from me). If he's alive and in the elements, it's going to be cold: 35 tonight, and in the higher elevations of the area it will be colder. I hope he's OK and that he's found quickly!

Good Morning Peaches and all the Monkeys! Hope everyone had a nice weekend.

CBB..the company that designed and built our house is in Asheville. We went down there to check it all out before we made the final decision. Great people and a beautiful area. Finally got to see Biltmore, which DH and his Dad were always raving about.

Wow...great weekend for the Browns and Buckeyes!

I love Asheville, Mum. It's an easy drive and I shop there often, even if it's just window shopping! There's a wonderful little jazz club downtown and if you haven't ever done it, the Grove Park Inn is a little bit of heaven! Pricey, but the Spa there is renown, and they have entertainment and dancing along with incredible food. Great splurge for an anniversary etc. The shopping's good in the village at Biltmore and the wine they make is really good! Ahhhh............if you have the money, time and hubby, I envy you!  Laughing

KLAAS? I found a good one to use with Peaches' avatar, but I need her original if you have it? The Bassett Hound without the Pumpkins? (You'll be THRILLED to know I'm saving them as you supply them!) TIA!
BTW, San looks great!

REMINDER: Leave a request in the Lounge for a Christmas Avi and Klaas or I will fix you up!

CBB - I think you're going to have to get that directly from Peaches.  She uploaded that one herself and I don't have the original Bassett Hound.

EARLY TWINS NANCY'S SAVING GRACE

By MICHAEL STARR

November 5, 2007 -- CNN Headline News star Nancy Grace made her own headline yesterday - giving birth to twins a little earlier than expected.

Grace, 48, was due to deliver near the end of the year. But she developed fluid in her lungs and her doctor determined "it would be best for Nancy, and for the twins" to deliver them ASAP, said her spokeswoman, Janine Iamunno.

Lucy Elizabeth and John David were born at 1:55 p.m. to Grace and husband David Linch.

John weighed 5 pounds 1 ounce; Lucy weighed in at 2 pounds, 15 ounces.

Grace told The Post exclusively last summer that she'd been secretly married to Linch, whom she'd known since law school, last spring, and that she was pregnant with twins.

Iamunno said Grace hopes to be back on the air "as soon as possible."

Headline News will use a revolving roster of guest-hosts in Grace's absence.

Twins for Nancy Grace  Shocked Shocked

I'm happy for them, all...hope all goes well and that the babies inherited voice genes from their daddy's side of the family.  (I know, not nice, but I have trouble listening to her  )

You're right, A's! However, I'd say her financial status will help supply the extra help she'll need to make it work. Congrats to her and I agree about the voice genes!

Oh I'm sure she will have plenty of help, but still, if she wants to be a hands-on Mom and if she is breastfeeding, she will have her hands full.  I can't imagine it at 48 - I am near that age - it is bad enough with teenagers!

FYI - TES is in Bolingbrook Illinois to help search for Stacy Peterson.  If LE allows they will begin their search tomorrow:

The command center for the EquuSearch team will be the Westbrook Christian Church at 1175 Lily Cache Lane in Bolingbrook. All search volunteers for tomorrow need to be there at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow

Anyone in the Bolingbrook area that wishes to volunteer should be there tomorrow morning at 8am

Hi Monkeys, I just posted this in Stacy Peterson thread under Missing, but since it's time sensitive...

I just  got off the phone with Tim Miller and he wanted it posted here at his trusting SM friends, there WILL be a search starting tomorrow morning.  He's hoping Red will get something on the front page soon, but I told him I would let the Monkeys know.  I still need to get the location of the command center and will post it if Red hasn't before I do.

So anybody who can help out beginning tomorrow in Bollingbrook, IL, you can also contact TES at there website.
