Something fishy about Rudy Ooman refusing to release Deepak's file as he said he has not been paid. The court ordered the documents pertaining to attorney fee's,fee agreements with him..etc and those were not produced either. This was the same attorney that threatened Beth and said she was Harrasing,Threatening and Stalking Deepak afrer that one encounter at the Internet Cafe.

Only a few pages in,but it appears they only handed over a few less important documents and a small part of what they were ordered to produce. Mcgraw Attys want it dismissed and sanctions against the plaintiffs.

It sounds like the Kalpoes have a personal problem paying their lawyer, *******, but wouldn't Kock have access to those files? He handled the case for much longer than Ooman so should have them all. The boys are trying to bullshit the court.

I'M not so sure the Kalpoes are paying for any attorneys. PVDS hooked him up with his first attorneys and it would be interesting to see who was paying for Mr.Oomens services. Kock says he refuses to release the files period,not to him or to anyone until he is payed. Maybee he wont release them because its incrimiating evidence Vs the Kalpoes and his friends the Van Der Sloots. Maybee he wont release his agreement on fees because it wasn't paid for by Kalpoes but someone else that they do not want to disclose.
As noted by the Dr.Phil Attornys,this lawsuit has become enormously expensive and I seriously doubt the Kalpoe ATTYS took this case by contingency. Especially after learning that they stiffed there first Attorneys. No idea about the cost's so far but it must be well into the 6 figures.

Why was Ooman replaced in the first place. Was he giving Paulus access to anything the Kalpoes said or had and they found out and replaced him. David Kock is another big liar.
