Renfro on Fox news this morning by phone 7:15 am eastern...
She believes new evidence is not physical and that is probably just a new witness that has stepped forward. 

She said more but damnit I can't type that fast...but it was garbage, as usual. SOmething about this arrest being different or not being different because last time they were arrested because they lied???

Happy Thanksgiving Monks!  Drinking coffee in my Scared Monkey Junkey mug...and feeling fine.  Woke up at 4a.m. and laid in bed thinking about the 3 Amigoes in their jail cells.  My bed was so warm and cozy....and I bet their slab wasn't!!!!   HA HA!!!   

Now, let's get PVDS into jail and get this thing done by Christmas!

One thing Julia said was that Joran had been detained for eight days and the Kalpoes had been detained for 2 days.  She then said the Kalpoes would go before a judge tomorrow.  She also said she thought that all 3 would be presented with the new evidence simaltaneously.

I think that there is a fourth person involved in this latest investigation. I am guessing that we will find out on Friday. FA?  There is evidence from the home of the ditch involved as well. Mama of the ditch was told by Joran he was only being questioned then later found out he was re arrested. He lies to his own mother!  Going down to Aruba next month.    Let this be the time.

Correct..Friday looks like the day but I dont know how much they will release to the public. Hopefully they tell us more about the new evidence. JQK says it should clear up Timelines,Actions and where the suspects were that night.

That being the case, what do you think the new evidence is?  My hunhc is that it's most likely some kind of incriminating phone or computer records...

Thoughts?

I agree. Has to be cell phone records, computers and what towers the signals were bouncing off of. I am so excited!!

Van der Sloot was arrested Wednesday because Aruba suspects him of manslaughter and aggravated assault of Natalee with her death as a consequence. The investigative judge in Arnhem will make no decision about the temporary detention. That has been done by a judge on Aruba, said the spokesperson for the OM. The suspect will be informed of the arrest order.

Happy Thanksgiving to all the American Monkeys.  In Canada, we celebrate in October so today is just another work day for me.
The news is all over the morning shows and GMA's bottom-of-the- screen-scroll has a spelling error (Natalie).  I wonder if part of the new evidence is the "casino videotape" with an identifiable PVDS conversing with Natalee.

Some female lawyer of Joran's is going with that story too.  I just heard her say on the news that Joran volunteered to come back to Aruba to answer some questions, re-enact his story ( LOL which one?), so he could go back to the Netherlands for his studies and be released for good.  She was trying to stress that he had not been arressted and she doubted that was ever goignt o happen.  She said he has been brought in over a dozen times and this was probaably the last so closure could come for Joran.

Just watching Fox this morning and Joe Taccky's associate was on and she said it is "Involuntary Manslaughter" no Voluntary.  Also said no evidence of a crime at all.  Says it was an accident is why it is involuntary.  Has anyone else heard this or is she as full of it as Joe is?  Blue Moon.
