I agree, Anna, and I hope this is the gift for Beth and Dave on Thanksgiving that will keep J2/K2 behind bars for a very long time.  I talked to DH last night and told him.  He was not where he had access to communication yesterday.   He said, "I hope they get Paulus soon.  He's the ring leader."

Glad to hear you are having rain, Anna, we are too, but not major yet, but it looks promising here as the sky is very gray today and the ground is moist from an overnight drizzle.  The Heavens have opened up.  J2K arrest and now rain!

The press release said new evidence and did not say anything about routine questioning for closing a case.  It said NEW evidence.  Joe T is not Joran's criminal lawyer and does not practice law in The Netherlands.  He would not know what the evidence would be until presented so how he can say there is none against "his" client, I can't imagine but think that is just his being presumptuous.

I just wanted to say that I read in one of the posts this morning that it was said that evidence had been discovered by the Dutch that had previously been "missed" by ALE (paraphrased), so I wonder if the Dutch found something in all the evidence that the ALE has had all along but chose to overlook and/or keep hidden in order to continue the cover up? I really do have faith in the Dutch investigation, and at this point in time I dont think ALE will be able to continue covering up or hiding evidence, I think they know they had better do right from this point on as they are being watched closely. I think what's happening is a combination of something new the Dutch have discovered PLUS something the ALE has had and kept hidden. JMO as always.
Isn't this a wonderful way to begin this special day!!  Prayers DO get answered, and miracles DO happen!!

Happy Thanksgiving All.

Just watching Fox this morning and Joe Taccky's associate was on and she said it is "Involuntary Manslaughter" no Voluntary.  Also said no evidence of a crime at all.  Says it was an accident is why it is involuntary.  Has anyone else heard this or is she as full of it as Joe is?  Blue Moon.

In the past 15-20 minutes Julia Renfro was on with Greg Jarrett, said it was "murder" because the prosecutors office had told "us" (am I to assume media?) that it was voluntary manslaughter, which would mean 'Murder.'  Greg Jarrett questioned her on that stating that as a lawyer, that was a big difference in "voluntary" and "involuntary" and she stuck with the "voluntary," manslaughter equal murder.

You know..I briefly read over the last court docs and then never had time to go back over them...but did I read Deepak had 2 cell phones? So much for ran out of minutes if so.  I though in addition Satish had one too so 3 cell phones total? Thought they also had multiple computers?
