He's wearing his plaid shirt while detained. 

Are these the shoes he was wearing that night as well?

Could the KLPD have taken these shoes and found trace DNA of Natalee on them? 

I think they were brand new and had blue on them or maybee blue stripes. We see him on the security camera walking into the casino..Were those the clothes he wore? The blue shorts?

He went home and changed because the MB kids remembered the plaid shirt.

With all of his partying and dope smoking I just wonder if ole Joran spilled the beans on himself??  If they searched his place in NL and found something it makes me wonder if he bragged to someone who told the authorities.

It is possible that the shoes in his closet could have trace blood on them and the beach story of losing them is just another lie.

According to Joran in Greta's interview, the shoes he wore to the interview were identical to the shoes that he wore that night and left on the beach.

Joran's HOBBY is criminal law.  So, did he figure wearing the clothing he wore the night with Natalee to jail would guarantee that it wouldn't be checked for evidence?  Were his shoes hidden until after he was released?  In Joran's sick mind, could he have been wearing THE shoes when he did Greta's interview?   Remember the smirk on his face when Greta asked him if those were THE shoes?

I just read the Dutch morning paper. Joran will fly to Aruba on Friday, acc. by his Dutch lawyer, a Mr. van der Eeden.
Camera crews are already setting up camp on Aruba (CNN, ABC).
Joran very emotional. Was just getting his life on track/in order etc.

Strange: I looked at J’s website (can’t link it for some reason). He appears to have a gigantic fascination for a Dutch mobster, currently on trial in Holland. Lots of pics of this man…

I just read the Dutch morning paper. Joran will fly to Aruba on Friday, acc. by his Dutch lawyer, a Mr. van der Eeden.
Camera crews are already setting up camp on Aruba (CNN, ABC).
Joran very emotional. Was just getting his life on track/in order etc.

Strange: I looked at J’s website (can’t link it for some reason). He appears to have a gigantic fascination for a Dutch mobster, currently on trial in Holland. Lots of pics of this man…

that's greta's shoe next to jvds'.  if his is a size l4 like he has claimed, greta's got the biggest foot on the smallest body in the world.  his looks more like a l0 to me, maybe even smaller

While I was at my inlaws and lurking in the forum, someone posted some links to Dutch papers and I think there were photos of Joran.  Anyone remember that?  Could have been RU because I lurked over there for a while as well but I was thinking it was here.

I remember it being a fairly long post.
