Wreck and Truthseeker!  LOL   I'm sure they are getting bomarded this time by media (besides just Beth and Greta snooping).  They may or may not appreciate the media (depending on the outcome),  but I know Fox does have a reporter who's already there and the other major news stations are there already too, so could be a financial relief at this point.    They also know Tim, Dave and gang are on there way to search with ships, so they may give in for the right amount of $$$$.  Isn't that what they are all about?

I just saw a video of the search of the pond from 2005. The press release that the reporter announced were the police were looking for a brand new pair of size 14 k-swiss with I think blue stripes. Ill see if I can find it.

That's because Joran told them at the time that's what he was wearing.  He told Greta different.

Would be hard to prove exactly what he was wearing that night then unless he never changed his shoes and they were captured on video at the casino.

Oh and Greta hasn't been told yet, but she expects to be shipped off to Aruba too.   So Aruba will be thrilled with the "media circus" again.  Oh wait!   It will be the most tourist money they've had in 2 yrs!

roflmfao, dihannah, do you think this whole affair of bringing him home in shackles is just a ahata ploy to bring in more tourists?  come to think of it, it's a better idea than trying to hide the murder and disappearance of an l8 yr. old tourist girl.

I just read the Dutch morning paper. Joran will fly to Aruba on Friday, acc. by his Dutch lawyer, a Mr. van der Eeden.
Camera crews are already setting up camp on Aruba (CNN, ABC).
Joran very emotional. Was just getting his life on track/in order etc.

Strange: I looked at J’s website (can’t link it for some reason). He appears to have a gigantic fascination for a Dutch mobster, currently on trial in Holland. Lots of pics of this man…

He did not resist arrest if that is what Joe T. means with 'voluntarily went'.

He did not receive a letter in advance, the decision for the arrests was made Wednesday, so the timeframe would have been to short for letters, besides that the OM mentioned it was a surprise arrest.

While I was at my inlaws and lurking in the forum, someone posted some links to Dutch papers and I think there were photos of Joran.  Anyone remember that?  Could have been RU because I lurked over there for a while as well but I was thinking it was here.

I remember it being a fairly long post.
