Tyler, if that looks like one of your kids in the airport, maybe you should check!  I have had mine go out of the country and not tell me before.  They forgot!  Yeah, right, just didn't want to bother.

Oh, they do that to me too and even their wives have learned to be accessories to their silence campaign.  They come and go so much, my prayer each night is the Lord just look over them wherever they area.  He knows, and I don't.

Islanders, yes I read backward mostly.  Sometimes I pick up where I left off by emailing a link to myself.  Then I usually make posts about things that are so far in the past no one knows what I am talking about, lol.

Good to see you here SB!  We should be hearing soon on Joran's detention.  They can't detain the Kalpoes and let Joran go free.  That would be far too obvious since they must now realize we are on to them and their little cover up routine.

Anna it has been probably 4 weeks since I have had daytime Monkey time.

I have a feeling that Mos has SOME indication from the vaterland that proceeding against Joran is at least permissible now. For some reason.

I still can't figure out what may have changed.

There is not a doubt in my mind that he has had bulletproofing from HIGH levels in the Hague up to this point. We shall see more today...

WoW, SB, you are starting to sound like Robots!!!

Some get really upset when I say that vengeance is what we exchange for civil justice but it is a tenet on which Western Civ is based and just a fact.

When that social contract is broken, things happen.  That is yet another reason to resolve this.  If there is no justice, there is no relinquishing the right to take matters in hand.  Recall riots in LA and other things of that nature from the past when people perceive they are not receiving justice.  Justice delayed is justice denied and all that.

O/T and we are receiving blessed rain, wonderful rain, for hours now.  Nice slow drizzle but heavy enough to make a big, big difference.  I am so happy about that you cannot imagine!  Sorry for the OT, won't do it again.  Maybe.

I think the infiltrator was female and once they had all the information they needed, they were able to go back and view the tapes, haul in more witnesses, i.e., Val, Anita, Freddy, Koan and observe Paulus, whose phones were probably tapped as well.  No telling why he was asked to become a partner in the firm representing Joran.

If they did put her out in the ocean and someone gave use of their boat, I think that person would also go along to make sure the boat was not misused or damaged.  A major player this person would be IMO, and the only 2 I know of were Guido and Lorenzo that had boats, right?  Correct me if Guido is wrong - wealthy family and moved to Holland almost right away, dad wouldn't let him be interviewed by KJ.

Either that or the one who orchestrated the disposal of the body, Paulus!

Nothing new from Fox update.

Phil Keating: At this hour we expect this will be the critical hour for jvds. He was escorted from the NL. We think the hearing is taking place at the prison. Exact time and location not being given. Critical here: how the judge views "incriminating new evidence." David Koch having a news conference now. Koch saying it's same old evidence.

ED: When will we find out whether they will file charges.

PK: We expect JVDS to be held 8 more days. Prosecutor has a self-imposed deadline of Dec. 31. Not a legal deadline.

ED: What about their saying they don't need a body.

PK: That certainly is an issue. That's why they're charging involuntary manslaughter, not murder.
