Just heard on Nancy Grace Program that the Kalpoes are being kept in intolerable conditions with cockroaches and rats!!

She was corrupt also just like the Dutch Judges. They were all taking orders from a higher source like a Rudy Croes/Aruban Govt. Did she say anything when Joran's attorney confessed to her that Joran played a major role in Natalee's dissapearance?

If she wasn't corrupt she was certainly uninspired. When she pulled out her claws with that Hitler letter I knew we were in trouble. What in hell did that have to do with anything?

I have always said that about KJ but she was sabotaged as well and it all started with Van Der Straaten and Dennis Jacobs.

But if she was getting screwed by ALE she should have had the sense to realize it. The rest of us saw it and we aren't prosecutors. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that Jacobs and Van der Straten were doing a hatchet job on the interrogations and passing on obvious follow up questions. Take the squad car conversations, an interrogator's mecca, a gold mine dropped in their lap, and they didn't to squat for follow up.

Exactly.  It was KJ's investigation and she did not do her job.  If she felt it was too much for her she should have let Amalin Flanegan take over the investigation.  That woman quit because she knew Koen was lying and when she asked the police to interview him they refused.

Wow....it does seem as if JVDS and PVDS are getting ready to stick it to the Kalpoes, as planned.  A guy posting on the front page has a link to his blog.  He apparently has been involved in the investigation, was in Aruba in 2005 etc etc and offers his take on recent events.  From his blog:

That was part of plan A when they planned on just closing the case and blaming the victim. Claiming they just didnt have enough evidence and Natalee was partying too hard and caused her own demise. The Family are Nazis and therefore you shouldn't like them or side with them.

Aruba wanted this all to go away and for nothing bad to be reported out of Aruba again. The coverup was disgusting,illogical and it didn't work!!

Michele Kozinski - Said there was old material in this file that wasn't in the original file.

Basically the prosecutor said we have enough evidence to hold them but not enough to take them to trial.

Prosecutor filed an injunction so the defense attorney would not get all the information.

Prosecutor said there is evidence beyone an assumption that Natalee is no longer alive.
