The lawyers are under the same restrictions as their clients and are not allowed to discuss the contents of the most recent report aka new evidence. Although the lawyers say there is no knew evidence, the judge saw a reason to believe the new evidence justified the detainment of J2K.

The new evidence was acquired after their release in 2005 including evidence obtained during the recent search in Spring of 2007.

Each of the suspects/lawyers were given a report of over 100 pages and each report is approx 10% different. Three different police reports were made up.

The Kalpoe brothers were required to have separate lawyers because they made concerted statements in the past. We want them to give individual statements, they have said in the past that “we will open up, we will tell you exactly what happened” as the third suspect and his father have done. Now is the time to tell the truth!

I wonder if part of the discrepancy in shoe size is not due to 2 Sloot brothers in the crime joran being the size 14 and lorenzo being the 10.5. Maybe a shoe was found?

Judge Brown we may need to watch them and with Homeland Security we may have to get used to the new way.

Jossy said he is sure the prosecutor has a lot more evidence.  He said they would never put themselves in a ridiculous position.

Robin Sak Katzenstein said in this case it is clear there is a lot more evidence.

Mark Geragos said it is nothing more than a new prosecutor or who wants to make a stand.  He said he is going to make a bold statement not only do they not have anything new they have statements that were misinterpreted.

I know Tony and highly doubt he is not telling the truth. He may have it wrong as was related to him or this info may not be known yet. I spent a few months corresponding with Tony and found that his info is 100% correct. I value his info and opinion. That's just me. You are all free to believe as you wish. As we all know, some do not believe a word I post. LOL

I have spent the entire evening asking the people I know if Steve was arrest - no one knows. It has not made the rounds if it has happened.

And also, Carpe Noctem is working overtime on the videos and I am loading them as fast as they are being processed.

Not just Lorenzo, but what size does Steve Croes wear?  They need to measure the Kalpoes feet too.  Then again, Satish probably has a teeny tiny...oh sorry, we are talking shoes here.

Dayhiker, Joe T. and Rosemarie keep talking about their own investigation.  Some investigator says the VDS attorney sent a team of investigators to Aruba to surveil the Kalpoes. 

I wonder how long it will be before they all start throwing each other under the bus?

If the Kalpoes don't man up and start talking, they can be sure team VDS will try to hang em.

HB, you're right, if they didn't get angry enough after Joran stated that Deepak murdered her and buried her at the Fisherman's huts during the salad days of the investigation they might like to kick it in high gear now. You can bet that Taco and the Sloots are going to be grabbing at anything they get now with the new sheriff in town.
