The question I'd have is...

He makes it a point it seems to advise of things he hasn't done...because he isn't "permitted to" (don't drive because he doesn't have a license.  Doesn't ride on boats, because he's seasikc, etc.)  But, one thing has seemed to escape his explanations.  And, that is...why would he worry about driving without a license when he freely gambles and drinks while (at that time) being underage?  And, why don't the police seem to be very interested in this fact??

And I guess the reason he's lying down on those pink mats on the boat is because he's seasick

Joran June 9:
Deepak told me that he would be going home first to take a bath and that after that he would come and pick me up at my place. Deepak's nickname is "Tupac". Deepak has a mobile phone with the number "REMOVED". I walked through the Hyatt parking lot where they have a Coca Cola vending machine and there I bought a can of coke. After that I walked to Mc Donalds and had bought a Mc Flurry there. [i]At 23.00 hours my father came to pick me up at Mc Donalds. I am not sure about the time because I never wear a watch. [/i][/b]

So Joran sticks with the 23:00 time even though he doesn't wear a watch. We have seen him in the casino so we can say he was not standing outside waiting on daddy at the time Deepak says.  I think this is one of the few true statements he makes...he was picked up at the McDoanld's by his dad.  There is no reason to lie here, nothing "bad" has happened yet.

How did he get from his house to the fisherman's huts??  He obviously did not drive if he called Deepak to come get him.  If any of this is remotely true, Joran drove her body there and buried it temporarily.  He clearly places Deepak out of the picture here...so who else could have driven him?  Who else was with him?

Lala's!!! You are onto something.  Joran said that he thinks Deepak may have buried her beside the Fisherman's hut...You just made it click... Something "bad" happened at his house.  Paulus(?)  drives him to the huts, buries Nat, - okay - fast forward to the "confession"  The "perp" is leading them to the body....she's not there....Paulus:"I will do anything for my son"

Good Monday Morning Monkees;;;;;a little off topic, but I just found out something that makes me think we could be fooled by Fabianna and her world travel photos.  My God-child just came to show me some photos she is using for her Senior yearbook....oh!!!  how amazing this computer world is.  First I see her in a beautiful tropical setting, face glowing with her beach tan, cute  bikini top etc., etc.,  what island is this? I ask?  The photo studio's island!!!!  Then I saw a photo of her on the ski lift ; what is real and what is fake I asked....her face and head with a cute ski hat, the rest was photo studio scenary.  Maybe Fabianna isn't really that well traveled.........no that it really matters in this instance.  It just shows me once again that what I see is not really "real".

To your question whether I have a friend who has a boat, I answer you that the father of Koen has a boat. The father of Koen has a speedboat. I do not know the name of this boat but it is at Koen's house. I have never gone out on the speedboat owned by Koen's father. I get seasick and that is why I don't often go on boats. Koen has no boat-permit/license but I assume he is able to drive the boat. [/b]

So Joran gets seasick. Guess I missed that tidbit also.  Yet, Koen can drive the boat.  Okay, Joran has known Koen for about 10 years and in all this time and with the family being such good friends Joran has never, ever been on the speedboat??  In all of 10 years?  Why do I doubt that? Shaking my head in disbelief.

Yea. But he said he doesn't "often" go out on boats and throws the little fact about Koen not having a license.   Seems to me that the LIES he wants believed are the ones he adds the most detail to.  Why say the seasick part unless you want people to believe you WON'T go out on boats?  Why say the license part unless you want people to believe he WOULD'NT take the boat out.  He assumes Koen can drive the boat because he's been on it before.

No kidding....99 per cent of folks with kids and who own boats and either live full time in a beach/waterfront setting or who own a convenient beach/waterfront property, teaches their kids how to drive those boats...that is a "given"..especially someone Koen's age. It would be totally weird if Koen didn't drive that boat and know all about it...

To your question whether I saw Deepak fight, I answer you the following. I have seen him box at home in my place. I have two pairs of boxing gloves at home and I have seen Deepak box with Satish and Koen. Deepak is to weak to box. Satish wins at boxing with Deepak and Koen beats both Deepak and Satish at boxing. I box with Betto and with Koen. Usually we are equally matched between the three of us. Sometimes I let/allow my girlfriend "Flor" and her sister Amanda Metz to box. An Aruban girl named "Jilaila" lives with Flor and Amanda and she watched some of those fights.

This part is puzzling to me.  Why interject a question about boxing in here unless as the previous paragraph hinted at some sort of violence?  Could there have been blood in the car just as the FBI indicated?  Was ALE trying to determine who had the violent tendencies here?  I missed it that first time I was reading, just glossed right over that.

It makes you wonder if they bopped Natalee in the head with a boxing glove...???? She bopped Joran back (he has a toothache according to one of his statements)...anything is possible since all we have to go on is speculation and reading between the lines of these congenital liars.
