Greta's theory of the case doesn't get past the first few steps ...

So the Kalpoes went back to the beach ...

and then the Kalpoes, two unconnected foreigners from Surinam (one of them quite probably +++++++, we think because he has never been observed to speak), made the body completely disappear? In a matter of hours?

and then for the next few days the Kalpoes went to the VDS house and managed to extract legal advice from the judge candidate, just because they were nice guys, while sitting around the judge's pool?

That would make Joran and Paulus nice-guy suckers of the year. And the Kalpoes are master criminals.  Okay, Greta ... if that's the way you see it.

Is the case closed as being closed, no more investigation or is it an open case that is in the cold case file so they can postpone the family getting the files? TIA

JQK says he can look at the case files now because he is the victims representative. Everything I have seen states the case is being closed and they are releasing everyone as suspects. Although we heard what Shepard Smith said about his convo with the prosecuters office and the report of new evidence being presented thursday at the news conference as well as 3 detectives still reviewing the case.

I don't even hint that I understand Aruban law, but I wonder if the "case closed/case not closed" turnaround has something to do with the ability of the Holloway side to get the case files.

Beth has hinted that she might be interested in writing another book based soley on the evidence. I would imagine that those files would increase the size of her book considerably.
