Fox is supposed to have a segment on the case....I thought I heard her say that they closed the case but now have new evidence???  Maybe I heard wrong...or it might be a lure...

When John Pauly (yes it is the same one) called in to Shep Smith,
he said that they would have a news conference on Thursday
and announce new evidence.  Who knows what that means?

I said it last night, and will say it again now.............

I think Aruba has decided to re-think because they DO NOT want to release the files.

The suspects have been released from suspect status, but they'll keep the case in a catagory to protect the files.

they are saying the case isn't closed but that the three don't have enough evidence .. .and they have tito in...

the three murderers are clear... I don't think they are going to get away with it... I don't think they can keep thier mouth shut.

The media liason for the public prosecutor in Aruba dismissed an earlier report that the investigation was over. A press conference scheduled for Thursday will reveal new evidence against three young men last seen with the Alabama teen.

I had the same thought, cbb, about the files.

They showed a short clip of Joran w/Greta saying there are two sides to the story and he was giving his...the truth...then jumped from there to Tito Lecle who said the investigation is ongoing..the statement yesterday was misunderstood in the states due to their system (here we go again)...new findings could be punished by 6 years for manslaughter and 12 for homicide (iirc)...not enough on the 3, who refused to talk because when confronted with the evidence they said it was nothing new so they had nothing to say, etc., etc.
