I wonder if anyone in here has heard of Ron Paul and that he's running for president in 2008 as he's being censored on the news.

I absolutely have heard of Ron Paul and Yes, I did know that he is running for President. 

I also know that he hasn't been allowed in some of the debates and other forms of censorship.  He is not my favorite candidate, but yes, I know who he is and that he is running.

We have had Ron Paul signs and bumper stickers for quite some time now here in the midwest.  He may move up in some of the Iowa polls because of the dislike for many of the other candidates.  I doubt he will sustain any popularity in the long run

Why? because he believes in less government? Wake up people. If you want more government in our lives, read what happens in the book "1984" we are getting closer and closer to that every day. and it's not pretty.

Actually with the extremely low turn out for Republicans in Iowa I would have thought that it would have been his best chance.  Finishing fifth only showed me that he was unable to organize and get voters out who were interested in him as a candidate.  There are signs all over the midwest, yet there don't seem to be any voters.

I do not see him cracking the top three in NH even though from what I hear the State is plastered with his ads.

As for 1984, the was a fictional account which is always bound to have some elements which may or may not come true.  So far I have not seen any animals coming to life.

We are very close to seeing 1984 in reality. Take a look at london, they have over 9000 + cameras and none in the rich neighbourhoods (and that doesn't stop the crime, either)
