I wonder if Mos did in fact release the suspects as this is his self-imposed deadline, isn't it?

Has anyone heard anything about that today?  And if so, does it really mean anything as nothing is happening in that regard anyway.

I thought the suspects received a letter from Mos a couple weeks ago releasing them as suspects.

Yes, they did but I was wondering if he made some sort of public declaration or something official for public consumption.  Something like an official statement from the Office of the Prosecution since we can't read their letters.

It's not really New Year's here for another hour but once that ball drops, it's over for me!  Guess I am on what we call fast time locally tonight as I live near the time zone change.

Natalee's Freebirds have done a great job at putting together everything Dr. Phil's attorneys need:

snipped:

ARUBAN AUTHORITIES IMPLICATE MAIN SUSPECTS IN NATALEE HOLLOWAY CASE

As we await the outcome of the discovery process in the Kalpoe v. McGraw DEFAMATION lawsuit, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on an abbreviated version of a previous Freebird's publication which clearly demonstrates the original sources of the alleged defamation. HINT: Not Dr. Phil....

http://nataleesfreebirds.blogspot.com/2007/10/aruban-authorities-implicate-main.html

I'm sure it's been posted here before, but it's such great work, and points to the ridiculous nature of the Kalpoe suit.  Deepak and Satish defamed themselves, and then the Aruban authorities took over.  A great re-cap!

Goodnight monkeys!

I have another 3 hours to midnight  Laughing

My children are in Arizona.  They just called, headed to the airport.  Wanted to say Happy New Year.  They will miss it this year.  Their plane will leave Arizona at 11 p.m. and they will be here at 2 a.m.  So they celebrated by phone with us from their taxicab ride to the airport.

I know this is OT, Magnolia, but I have never heard of the silver money.  I think that might be an interesting light story to tell.  I do make Hoppin' John but I have turnips since everybody likes them (except me) and I open a can of asparagus so I have something "green."
