Joran was with her when she died, he didnt kill her, she just died. He called a friend who he had know a long time. The friend came and said he'd take care of it. Joran says: "the ocean is big"... Says he got lucky they never found the body.
Joran told Patrick he had never told anyone this story, he looks relieved.
He also says he will never name the guy who helped him.
Patrick 'feeds' Joran a bit, saying that he would help Joran make some money, so Joran can give it to the guy who helped him. Joran says something like I Owe him my life....

Joran does seem relieved he finally told someone and got it off his chest.

Well then he should feel a whole lot better when he serves time for drugging raping and disposing of her. "Going in and out of consciousness" is a phrase that we have heard in the past to describe Natalee during her time after leaving C+C's with the perps...in which case what occurred is rape.

Aruba can definitely get 4 days help of the 30 Dutch marines looking for Holloway. This has been confirmed by a spokeswoman of the Royal Marines in the Netherlands Antilles, residing in Willemstad, Curacao.

Prime Minister Oduber of Aruba entered a request of military assistance to the main office of the Royal Marines on the Netherlands Antilles. The militairy are available from Saturday until Tuesday, if the local authorities cannot do the searches by themselves.
This is the so-called ’soft’ military assistance, where weapons won’t be used. Earlier seventy Dutch military personnel searched three days for Holloway. They did this without Aruba having to ask.

Maybe they came to search for something...other that a body.
