The possible involvement of Paulus with that could then be deducted from the file with the official reports of witnesses, amongst which two people suggested a contact existed between Paulus and Natalee Holloway the night of her disappearance, and a taped report (that was given by the Prosecutor in her final note 1 to the Court).  The taped information and his declaration that  he picked up Joran and Natalee by the McDonalds Palm Beach and brought them to the Holiday Inn, are clearly understood by the Dept. of Justice, and could in the judgement of this Superior Court, be considered as an indication of the involvement of Paulus in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway.”

Daury, according to Daury, is not a common name. He says he was in Holland at the time and can prove it.  Is he lying? If he was really the disposer of the body, I bet he sure is pissed at Joran. Joran did himself no favors with this video.

Scenario combinations for me:
Date-rape drug administered near closing time. Natalee drunk and/or drugs (irrelevant). Joran dropped off at beach by K2. Natalee dies of drug/alcohol reaction. Joran temporarily moves her body, out of plain view, but close by to the scene. He walks and talks on his cell phone. His cell phone records have calls/messages to and from DK. Mariott phone is not unbelievable. Calls the person who comes to the scene to assist. The body is placed in the boat and taken out into the ocean and disposed of.  

Questions, with regard to this scenario:
Who would Joran call first: Paulus or a friend?

Would he entrust such a serious chore with a casual friend?

Why would Deepak clean his car right away? Blood? His alibi?

Why wouldn't Joran simply call 911? Date-rape drug, semen, or traces of homicide?

Why is there alleged to be blood in Deepak's car? Was his car used to transport a bloody Natalee? To where? This would prove false that the body was simply taken out to sea immediately after expiring. She wasn't supposedly bloody prior to dropping them off at the beach. How did she get bloody?

Why were the rocks painted? Is this a crime scene. This, too, would prove false that the body was simply taken out to sea immediately after expiring.

Where are Joran's shoes? If we believe that they were lost in mud, at the quarry across the street from the beach, with traces of homicide on them, then this, too, would prove false that the body was simply taken out to sea immediately after expiring.

Did you guys catch the part where Joran said something like "I know he didn't even go out 2 km"?  I don't know anything about oceans and tides.  Does anyone know if something dumped in the ocean at this distance wash out to sea or sortof stay put?  I honestly believe if she's still there they can find her now.

If no one has answered your question, I will try.  I don't go there because I feel like I am in freefall in an insane asylum.  It is a website where all those Joran supporters gather and make up the horrific lies about Natalee and Beth and pass around a "love bowl" to take up money for Joran and Joe Tacopino and support and hang onto every word Joran says and I may be mistaken but I believe his parents post there as well.

That cement drainage culvert with the sneakers are on the right side of the road leading away from the Marriott in the direction of the California lighthouse. On the left- side of the road is the ocean and the boat launch.If that were a body in the bag it would have to be lifted from the culvert, carried across the street, down a dirt road, across the sand beach to a possible waiting boat.

I got a call from Beth today thanking me and all of Scared Monkeys for our unending support from the beginning of this case. Thru think and thin we were there as a shoulder to lean on.

I thought to myself, I appreciated Beth's comments, however, felt awkward as I couldn't imagine taking any other position or fighting for someone more than Beth, Dave and Natalee's family.

The injustice needed justice and needed to never be forgotten. This case has provided many other cases to get media attention as well. From the outset of this case all of us here called the very scenarios that Joran had admitted to. I have had inside info into the Aruba ways and life styles because of past experiences. I have met over the years people like Rudy Croes and Oduber. Of course at this point they probably rue that day ever occurred. However, I am glad to have drawn from those experiences to be able to help Beth.

Beth, you know that we have always had your back. Scared Monkeys was the bullet proof vest for Natalee's family. We took on that role and never needed anyone to tell us what was appropriate to do. Common decent people don't need advice, we just did it.

So many of you refused to let the story go and although the media will never admit it ... Beth certainly will. We were the mongoose that would not let go. Thank you all for your hard work, determination, perseverance and prayers.

I thank all of you Monkeys and many old monkeys that have returned and well as some of our very new ones.

I have come to know Beth over these past couple of years not by reporting and discussing a story, but by just talking to Beth as a voice of reason, a confident and a some one who just tried to make her laugh during some amazingly difficult times.

Beth's pain has been out pain and its nice to know that she knows where she can draw strength for when times are difficult. I am honored and proud to be able to call Beth my friend.

God bless you Beth and may this be the beginning of you finally getting answers and peace.

The whole case of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway gets a different twist now that the information has come out from no less than the Superior Court, and in which mention is made of the declarations of witnesses and a phone tap that show or give an indication that Paul van der Sloot had on two occasions personal contact with Natalee during the night that she disappeared. Mention is made that, according to one or more official reports of the phone tap and also the declaration of Paul van der Sloot himself, that Paul fetched Joran and Natalee at McDonald and took them to the Holiday Inn. Based on this information, the judicial authorities and the police had at that time a justified basis to arrest Paul van der Sloot based on different suspicions. (Translation Credit: Diario)

It is possible that Joran was tipped off by ALE that someone close to him was recording their conversations. Paulus would have, no doubt, warned of the possibility.

It is unlikely that Joran did this on a stage. Although warned by Paulus, his candidness showed that his guard had been let down and he was telling half truths and half lies - facts mixed with fiction.  He knows he screwed his chances of walking scott free here.

ALE and those who have sheltered / protected him must also be pissed at Joran's blatant disrepect for them. In the interview, he mocks them. They will see him as a liability now, and most likely be forced to act by charging and prosecuting him.
