Freddie is Joran's 'best friend' and lives close by.  Was rumored to have stayed at Joran's that night.  Joran said the guy who dumped Natalee in the ocean came by his apt afterwards.

Lorenzo has a boat.  Are we to assume he has only one boat?

Freddie and Lorenzo are both older than Joran.

Freddie works at the Marriott near where Joran wanted to be dropped off by the K2's.

Mark Purcell works at the Marriott as does Freddie.  One of the Purcell's has access to a date-rape drug for "personal use".

I received this email from Yvonne DeVries last night at 12 midnight and I think it's ok to share it..

As I sit and watch the update on Natalee, I wonder... is there more of a twist somewhere that we can use to spotlight Max that we might have missed?
Maybe putting a mic in Stacey's face and asking him how the Natalie Holloway story has effected him? ( two American kids gone forever a year apart, never to be found in a vacation paradise,)   Or on the human interest side...
How people like Natalee's mom and myself  and others try to make something good out of something so bad. Or maybe all the good things Max To The Millions has done for others while I try to parent my dead child just a little longer, hoping to find some who can bare witness to what I know  was, now that  it is gone forever.
 
 I have to ask.... Do you know any one who can help  get Max's story out one last time?

I have asked for two years for some confirmation of a connection between Joran and Lorenzo other than blog rumor and to date zilch.

Has anyone ever thought that Joran just waded the remains out to the sandbar and gave them a big push?  This is sort of what his original story on Monday at school consisted of, not a boat, etc.  He would know the currents, tides, etc. being local.

Would also account for the loss shoes and he says he was lucky that nothing washed back to shore.

Yet another possibility.

Lorenzo is discussed in much detail in the Shango thread.  I don't knowhow to copy and paste from there when there are quote stacks to get them to all come along in the copy, but if you guys read some of it you will see that this is a long standing rumor...and it didn't start our of nowhere.  Posters like Arubagirl, Native Lingo, Americaninaruba, and a few others talked from the very beginning about Lorenzo.  He may not be involved...but there is much truth to blood being thicker than water.  These early posters were the ones that mentioned Paulus and Lorenzo...it was not me.  I think we still don't know for sure.

Greta and JQK are corroborating the De Vries tape of joran saying that Natalee suddenly started shaking, with these exchanges from Aruban police investigators over 2 1/2 years ago.

This is a big crack in what has been a brick wall.  At a minimum, this calls for a detailed explanation from Aruban authorities:  why, out of the blue, do they bring up seizures as key subject?

There is simply no other way than for the goon to have told these investigators, nearly exactly what we heard him say to Patrick in car.  And 3 of the 4 are named.

Very bads news for Aruba, and Aruban investigators.  They knew all along: and this is pretty strong evidence that they indeed did know within 48 hours that Natalee was dead.  Which further underscores the words of van der stratten: " I have seen the evidence..."  And yet, 3 days later (+/-), they proceeded with arresting Mickey Johns and Abraham Jones, under suspicion of murdering Natalee Holloway.

With this, a coverup is pretty much confirmed.

BTW: I just listened to a long and winded MP3 at Greta's site, a conversation this morning with her reporter Tim Siffles.

To make a long story short, the Prosecutor told Siffles not to expect anything out of them for 8 days. The appeal is going on today in front of three judges.

Isn't it interesting that the only way anyone has gotten answers or come even close to getting justice in this case is not through the legal system, but through the press? A DeVries (or even Van Sustern) expose on Lorenzo would certainly yield more information than years of Aruban "investigation" ever have or ever would.

Yelp BKY, but I doubt any of US MSM have ever heard of Lorenzo. None of them have done any investigative work.

As for Mos, after having been made to look like a fool last go-round and knowing now he had no real plan behind his investigation I think they are moving very carefully with this information that was dropped in their lap by Peter DeVries.

So far they have all looked like a bunch of idiots, or worse corrupt like the Dutch judges. Maybe they'll get it right this time.

As for PM Oduber of Aruba, tough shit. He's one of the reasons the case was derailed. He's reaping his rewards, or lack of them, right now.

I always thought "rolling" carried a double meaning for those who hung out in the casinos, and also referred to xtacy use. (I only know that "rolling" is a term for the xtacy high because of a college beau who was far more into the drug scene than I knew at the time). If that's the case, it still points to Lorenzo.
