People i remember Peter de Vries investigated the case back in 2006 also with hidden cameras the vids are on you tube just type 'peter r de vries reportage SBS6 2006' i dont know if there is any english but im going to watch them again to see what he was investigating i know is had to do with Jansen en some other people of the OM if i remember right

I think the T-shirt is a good idea, I don't particularly like the black background.

CBB...wow...you work fast...very creative...but, it reminds me of Halloween...the colors combined with the hands...you wanted my honest opinion...

Wasn't this girl named Brigette something?  I think she was part of TeleAruba.  I may not have that right, I am also thinking she was not just the reporter but a producer or something.

I was taking a look at the photos of her suicide. I am thinking she was working on stories about something Brough was involved in and I also am thinking she was close enough to find out things they may not want her to know.  I am thinking her office was in the same location as one of Brough's businesses.  Wonder if she saw something and put two and two together and was working on a story about it. 

Klaas...isn't Renzo...the DJ a friend of Brough's and Steve Croes. I just saw it this morning, I'll see if I have time to find and post it.

Brigitte Katelaan,she worked for ATV and Tele- Aruba and before her death was promoted to producer. She exposed a illegal prostitution ring,had a series on the drag racing in curacao and her last story that we know of was the sparkling tour(Like the American Idol) She sent out a text message wishing everyone a merry christmas and it was the last anyone ever heard from her. Her body was found hung on christmas day 2006. Her family was shocked and does not believe she killed herself and wants answers,they told me that brigitte was living a dream and worked extremely hard at her job and loved it,she was a cancer survivor and was extremely excited to see her family in a month. No autopsy was done and she was cremated in Holland. The family was promised her file with pictures and evidence and a note she left for them. When they arrived in Aruba a month later the cop who handled the case called in sick the whole week and they received nothing but a old poem that brigitte wrote. Someone was already living in her house and they were not allowed inside the house. They were given less than 3 hours to retrieve her things. There is more to this story and it is all suspicious. Jossy wrote to easy after her death and gave him some info he probably heard through the ALE and all of it was not true at all. No known reason for her death and it shocked all her co workers,family and friends.


Camilo Romero was her friend and Camera Man for ATV,he sent out a text message the day before his death saying he was suddenly moving to holland to go to school. He was found hung the next day with one hand in his pocket. He was hung about two weeks after brigitte,the article  says that he killed himself without a known reason by jumping of a small building behind the reastaurant papiamento. Also a suspicious suicide.

I'm fairly certain that is a different Clive.  I know I looked into it back in 2006 when I sent the other Clive info to the family investigators.

My take on "Daury1" or "Daury2":

The day BEFORE De Vries' show -- Joran panicked and told his "biographer" that she should contact "Daury1" and warn him his name was about to be aired. This tells me that Joran clearly was referring to this same  "Daury1" that has appeared on TV.  If there was ANOTHER "Daury" -- Joran would have had the biographer warn THAT one! (make sense??)

That said, I don't think there is ANY "Daury" involved in reality. "Daury" was a made-up scenario along with everything else.  The only completely true thing Joran admitted to was being connected to Natalee's death directly.

I don't know if Renzo is friends with Brough but I'm sure he's friends with Steve Croes.  The guy in a photo with Renzo that resembled Brough was not Brough.

When you consider the hilighted postions of the following article ... I believe that Daury Rodriguez is the Daury that Joran was referring to.  However ... Joran was lying regarding Rodriguez' role in the the events that encompass the morning of May 31, 2005.

Mystery Man in Holloway Case Comes Forward
Man Named As Accomplice By Van der Sloot Denies Involvement in Aruba Disappearance

A 21-year old Aruban came forward Monday to say that he is the mystery man that Joran van der Sloot implicated on undercover tapes, but claims that he had nothing to do with the disappearance of Natalee Holloway.

Daury Rodriguez said he was contacted on Saturday by a frantic biographer of Van der Sloot's who, he said, warned him that his name was about to surface in the press as being the alleged accomplice who took Holloway's body out to sea in a boat and dumped it.

"She said, 'I got your number from Joran, because he said your name is going to show up in the press, but I know it's not true. It doesn't fit the story, so you've got to do something about it. You've got to give me proof [of his whereabouts in May 2005], so I can put it in the newspaper ... here in Holland."

ABC News has obtained exclusive U.S. rights to stunning new information about the case, caught on tape, and will air a 90-minute special edition of "20/20: The Final Hours of Natalee Holloway," Monday at 9:30 p.m. ET.

Rodriguez, who grew up on Aruba and played soccer with Van der Sloot when both men were teenagers, said he was angry that his name had been dragged into the case. He said he met with detectives investigating Holloway's disappearance on Monday morning, and that he told them he was living in Rotterdam, Holland in May 2005, when Holloway went missing.

Rodriguez retained an Aruban lawyer when he realized he was implicated in the case, and said he asked the biographer to put him in touch with Van der Sloot, but she refused.

Van der Sloot apparently logged on to an online instant messaging service over the weekend, and Rodriguez said he confronted him and demanded to know why he'd been named as an accomplice. "So, I was online, and he comes online, and I was like, 'Yo, what's wrong with you, man. Why did you do that?' And he's like, 'I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I didn't know what I was talking about. I'm so sorry.' And I said, you know, 'What the f---? Sorry? Don't say that! That's [b.s.]. You're putting me in trouble for nothing.'"

Rodriguez said he played soccer with Van der Sloot when the pair were about 16 years old, and that, while he knew him as an acquaintance, he would never call him a friend.

He said they played poker together at a local casino late last year after Van der Sloot was released from his second arrest.

Rodriguez's attorney Chris Lejuez said his client was born in Colombia, but moved to Aruba as a child when his mother married an Aruban man. Lejuez said Rodriguez moved to Rotterdam to attend trade school in 2004, and stayed on through June or July of 2007, working there. Rodriguez returned to Aruba in January and December of 2005 for vacation, but was not on the island for months before or after Holloway's disappearance.

He told ABC News he never owned a boat. "I never had one, and I don't have one,'' he said.

Asked how he could prove his whereabouts during 2005, Rodriguez said that ATMs he had used in Rotterdam could show he was there in May 2005.

Lejuez said he provided investigators with the name of the trade school Rodriguez had attended and the company he later worked for in Rotterdam.

Thanks Obs.  There is something very suspicious with that suicide.  This girl seemed on top of it all and had a great career ahead of her and BAM! she 's dead.  Then her cameraman hangs himself?  Unless this is a love triangle thing gone wrong...I am even more suspicious now. 

Who operated the SNUBA business that is located in the same area as this TV station?  In the same building maybe?  Was it Paul Brough?

YW,Definetly no love triangle with her camerman. She was dating someone and that is where even more suspicions lie.

So this Daury on Rob's blog is the Daury in Aruba?  Was he acquainted with any of our players in this case?  So there is another Daury.  What does he do for a living? Where was he that night?
