This solves all the problems...convict him of that and no one finds out about the "other" stuff on Aruba. Kalpoes keep quiet and get big bucks from Dr. Phil. Freddy never talks and Paulus is never implicated. Sloots go back to Netherlands to family and it's all over. Now, come back tourists, we are one happy island again.  I said it from the first time I heard about this confession...I want to be wrong on this one. 

A slap on the wrist ain't going to cut the mustard. People will see that as just as bad as letting him go. They better come up with some realistic prison time or they are just going to sink even deeper.

Joran doesn't seem to know EXACTLY what happened after he left the "beach" to go home...Most likely, he left Paulus with Natalee.

IMO it was Patrick's brother that learned that his boat was used in the disposal of Natalee by that sparked the undercover investigation.

When is Joran's "actual confession" date?
Had Joran learn that Patrick's brother had actually owned the boat?
Was he telling him what he wanted to hear?

According to Diario that boat was owned by Minister Booshi Wever.  Unless you can provide some proof that boat belonged to Patrick's brother I believe Diario.

Maybe he was fooled, that's okay. But I'm only saying pressure Jossy to get to the truth. I don't believe Jossy is involved in any part of a coverup.

Thanks so much Dayhiker for your very kind words in the last thread! The credit for the comment about how great it would be to have Natalee brought home to Alabama for burial goes to CBB...she was the one who originally said that, and in my post I had quoted her comment to tell her that I SO agree with her about that.

Ty also PI for your sweet words in the last thread. I do so wish I could post more, so many times I see a post I want to comment to but it's just so time consuming that most of the time I just don't, but sure want to. by the way, we dutch think with TBS doing a time is a piece of cake but i heard from someone on the inside that isn t true.
When on TBS you get a talk once a year, an evaluation, you re stuffed with medication, and they ask all sorts of questions. then when they think you are still not functioning well, they can add to the sentence.
so if you get TBS you can be in for a very long long time.
