I have a question concerning Dutch/Aruban law.

Wouldn't a person be legally considered still alive until declared otherwise by a coroner, physician or at least member of the medical community such as Emergency Med Tech?

Is Joran authorized to declare a person as deceased?

If not, then legally, was he not responsible for what was legally considered a still live person being put into the ocean as a distance from shore from which it was impossible for them to swim, recover, etc.

How is this not murder since it is only the word of the perpetrator to the crime that she was dead at the time?

It's really scary to think someone like Joran can go around declaring who is living and who is not and act according to his own determination.

What kind of a place accepts the word of a teen-aged stoner that someone is deceased???

They claim they have to do everything legally and by the book yet are taking Joran's word for it that Natalee was dead???

Who appointed him coroner?  What are his qualifications?  See Bobby Cutts weeping and wailing on the witness stand right now about how it victim was accidental.  Let's see how that flies.

No reason to dump at sea any body that died by means other than extreme foul play.



Come to Aruba where teen punks stoned out of their gourds can declare you dead and dump you in the ocean and all the Prosecutor will threaten them with is the disposal of your corpse!

There is a new tourism slogan for them to replace One Happy Island.

That's just it, they do not know she was dead when he had her body disposed of so you have to assume she was alive just as she left with Joran. There is no other way to interpret it. You have to fall to the victim's side because she was alive when last seen.

That being said we have always seen the Dutch judges protect Joran so we shouldn't look for honesty or integrity from them. There is no reason to have any faith in their judicial system whatsoever.

Agree, this sytem is a complete farce and a disgrace to mankind. The modus operandi of the cover up co-conspirators is so fking obvious its jaw dropping. There needs to be an investigation de novo first and foremost before any justice can be served in this case. Investigate the investigators, for they are the ones complicit in the murder coverup. Forget about Joran and Paulus, they are cooked, its the others that need to be brought to justice. Until that happens, Aruba will always remain an island of disgrace.

I have discussed the arm before and I am not qualified to say if it is human or not. It does 'look' human or primatelike. The mere fact they try to pawn it off as a pelican leg bone is insane. If they were going to lie about it, the least they could have done was say it was from a primate...to make what they are saying more believable. So.........why lie??

i'm presenting a new money saving proposal to aruban parliament next week. just got a few details to work out first. so far it sounds like this:  fire all the emt's, emergency room employees, and associated medical field personnel. sell the ambulances and rescue equipment.  from now on, all people who faint, have strokes or heart attacks, are assaulted and insured or otherwise can't react positively to being shaken and called a bitch and whore, are to be taken to the nearest beach and dumped at sea.  no funerals to pay for, no crime statistics or health problems to report, ahata reports all "vanishments" as insurance scams, runaways, or suicides. all will be well on the happy island again.

I speculate that Natalee was hidden in the mangrove bushes and ... Joran, Deepak and Satish (?) returned to Deepak's vehicle where they were spotted by the gardener.  After a frantic discussion ... Paulus was contacted.

Monday afternoon on the 30th, Joran came to my house.

He told me that the previous day, Sunday, he had befriended a girl in the Holiday Inn casino and that she had invited him to come to Carlos and Charlies that evening. He went and they danced and drank together.

After that he, Deepak Satish and the girl drove off. Her friends saw that. The drove in the direction of the Lighthouse; a white car was behind them and most likely wanted to race Deepak. But that is something Deepak would never do. Joran told me that he fingered and had french kissed the girl while they were driving. He did not say that he had had sex with her.

They drove to the Lighthouse, she wanted to see sharks. But Deepak only drove up to the Lighthouse because his car is very low to the ground and cannot drive up to the North side of Aruba.

The girl had said to Joran that if Deepak and Satish would have lived in her town, they would be slaves.

After that they drove to the hotel. When the girl had pushed open the door of the car, she fell to the ground. Joran wanted to help her but she shoved him away.

The next day, Tuesday May 31st 2005 in the afternoon, I was with Joran at the raquetclub. Joran looked worried. He asked me if I could remember what he had said the previous day about the girl. I told him yes. The girl had gone missing. The FBI had been to his house during the night but he had not been home. His father had called him to find out where he was, Joran said that he was in the Raddison Casino. He told he that after that phone call he was called on the phone by Deepak and that Deepak picked him up a few minutes later. They drove to Joran's house. The FBI and the girls family were at his house. After that Joran told me that Deepak, Satish and himself did not drop off the girl at the Holiday Inn Hotel, but that the FOUR OF THEM drove to the beach at the north side of the Marriot Hotel. The girl had fallen several times on the way to the beach. Joran told me that at some point she "no longer came around/no longer regained consciousness" and that THEY had left her on the beach. He also told me that he had left his gym/sporting shoes on the beach. After Joran had told me this, I asked him why he had left her there. He answered me that at that moment he had not known what to do. Joran told me that after this he was dropped off at home by Deepak and Satish.

Janet, that would certainly explain the gardener and Paulus arrives with someone (maybe a friend from the Marriott area) but Satish and Deepak do not know what has happened after they depart and Satish is compelled to ask "how is the girl?"  Thinking she was still alive when he departed.
