Natalee Holloway's parents are anxiously awaiting news from Holland about whether the chief suspect in her disappearance will be re-arrested.

A three judge panel is now considering an appeal from Aruba's chief prosecutor.

He's asking the three judge panel to overrule a single judge who is refusing to allow Van Der Sloot to be re-arrested.

Investigators in Aruba questioned Joran Van der Sloot on Friday in connection with the Natalee Holloway disappearance and his secretly taped video confession.

Prosecutors said he again denied any role in the teen's disappearance more than two and a-half years ago on the Dutch Caribbean island.

According to the prosecutor's office, Van der Sloot claimed that he had been under the influence of marijuana when he said in a secretly taped video that he had been with Holloway when she died.

In the video, he said that he'd had a friend dump her body at sea.

I believe that it was Lorenzo's boat that was used to take Natalee out to sea on the east side of the Island.  The Boca Tortuga area where the shallow grave was located and ... a swatch of fabric that appeared to be off of Natalee's blouse.

MANSUR:  I do know what our reporters have been able to find, Lorenzo is a half brother of Joran. He has a boat. He lives in a secluded section of the island, very close to Joran. I don't know if he was questioned, but people mention his name quite often in regard to this case.

Janet,what is interesting if you look on a map is the area north of Lorenzo's house. It's easy traveling to the east side of the island on roads with very little traffic. What may be a very big clue was PVDS being spotted by Fred Golba early in the morning on that road that goes to the Alto Vista chapel the day after the belt was found. What was he doing out there?

Anna, interesting that marijuana is legal, and yet the criminal justice system says it's dangerous  - it can make you confess to all kinds of crimes.

I wonder how many cases are now under appeal and I also wonder how many serial confessors are running around Holland taking the blame for crimes they did not commit.

Here's an idea - commit as many crimes as possible, get yourself a serial confessor to take the blame for you and if and when the justice system catches up with you, call there serial confessor to take the heat off you and scramble up everything the police know.

The family of Cromvoirt Aruba looked on with very different eyes to the revelations in the broadcast of Peter R. De Vries.

Until recently son Geoffrey was also a suspect in the case of missing Natalee. And even though he's never met before. Rapporteur Ilse van Wingerden looked into when the family saw how the matter by Peter R. De Vries from the paintings were done.

I got a translation of what GVC says..My friend did not translate what his parents say though.

When i saw that mother watching, i felt sad, and from time to time it was hard to swallow(*when you sad you feel like a thing in your throat.. you know what i mean lol).. it still gets you inside(*which i find a remarkable thing to say)

******* ... I agree.  I believe that Joran's "confession" is all about distract from the real truth ... the truth about who were involved in the events that encompass what happened to Natalee Holloway and ... the truth encompassing where Natalee's remains where taken.

RED: There have been reports that a shallow grave was discovered in the area of Boca Tortuga, on the eastern part of the island. There are also reports that cell-phone calls made by Joran early in the morning came from a location on the eastern side of the island. It seems plausible that thisarea could yield more clues

TIM MILLER: We found a site that we feel as though was a possible gravesite. Our thoughts are that Natalee may have been buried in that hole for 1 or 2 days then moved. We have information that the cell phones were possibly being used in that area

PENHAUL: The searchers were at an area called Boca Prim (ph). That`s on the northern side of the island near the national park. It`s an area of soft sand dunes. There`s only one road to get down there. It`s a very rough road. You can really only get there by four-wheel drive.  It`s where a dry riverbed meets the ocean. And it`s at that area where this thing that looked like a grave, a hole, about four feet deep and about the length of a body with a mound of sand beside it, was found, Nancy.

GRACE: Now, also, on the north end of the island, where they were today, is that where that lighthouse is?

PENHAUL: Not really, no. The lighthouse is at the northern tip, at the northwest tip. And this area is really on the northeastern side of the island.

What did the Aruba Park Ranger pick up at Boca Tortuga area? Fabric that matched Natalee’s Top?

What ever happened to this material? Why didn’t the media camera man take a close up of what so closely resembled the green fabric of Natalee’s top? One would have thought that they would have zoomed right in to see what had been collected.

On Sunday, July 17, 2005 the park rangers found the duct tape with long blonde hair in the Boca Tortuga area of Aruba. A park ranger being video’d walking around picks up a piece of fabric that matches Natalee’s top.

The question still remains today, what ever happened to this evidence that was collected? We also need to remember that this material that was found washed ashore following the hurricanes that took place last summer. It is highly possibly that the material washed ashore from another location on the island or from out at sea.

GRACE: Well, Dave Holloway, aren`t there logs and isn`t there surveillance in place in Aruba of all the ships that go out of the tiny island, even at night?

HOLLOWAY: Well, there is but on one of those nights, I think it was June the 7th or June the 8th, the electricity went out on the island for about two hours so you wonder if that would have been the prime opportunity to do it. Small boats, I don`t think, can be picked up as well as the big ones.

Yup..He said it was the strangest thing..PVDS was out there in that red jeep and they made eye contact as they drove by each other. It was first thing in the morning as Fred arrived before the search teams did.

I think Peter R. DeVries statement about Antiono Carlo / Karin Jannsen
is important as well as Jossy's tape of Dompig. The Prosecution has
to want to solve the case.  It is the Prosecution's job to present these
things to the Judges.  I do not think KJ ever presented half of the
evidence she had to the judges in order to protect the Sloots.
Of course the corrupt judges would ignore evidence anyway.

Then there is the little matter of the lawyer of Joran's (ex?) hiring the father PVS into his law firm.  Was he afraid not to.  Did they put PVS in there to keep an eye on Carlos?  I bet Carlos is so afraid of that bunch he has to wear Depends to keep from peeing his pants.      jack b

There is another little matter of Joran's personal lawyer, Antonio Carlo, sitting on the Board Selection Committee of A.H.A.T.A. in December of 2005. Is this why the Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association chose the strategy of attacking Natalee and Beth in an effort to save the Van der Sloots?

ahata chose to attack the family and natalee within days of her disappearance. aruba steve, and his crowd were all ready lying about what was going on and encourage the radio stations to "fight back" by contacting time share owners and others to do whatever they could to get natalee's family to leave.  the "shut up, go home, and get over it" policy of aruba's finest.

Let's take it another step forward.

We know Joran's lawyer Antonio Carlo (Paulus' business partner) sat on the Board Selection Comittee of AHATA in December, 2005. Also sitting on that board was Marlene Purcell, their internet specialist. Her husband Mark has endorsed the drug overdose theory many times on the internet forums.

Chief Gerold Dompig was hired by AHATA/ATA/Strategic Communications Task Force (all the same bunch) as their spokesman in December of 2005 also. Shortly thereafter Dompig goes on the Vanity Fair interview, CBS and ABC News saying that Natalee had died of a self-induced drug overdose. Nobody saw her ever take a drug, he based his assumption on the testimony of his convicted drug dealer cousin Boeti Naar.

Why would they hire Dompig to say this?

BECAUSE AHATA/ATA'S BIGGEST FEAR IS THAT NATALEE WAS GIVEN A DATE RAPE DRUG. AND WHO IS ACCUSED OF GIVING HER THAT DATE RAPE DRUG? AHATA BOARD MEMBER ANTONIO CARLO'S CLIENT JORAN VAN DER SLOOT.

Yes,they own Internet cafe's also. There is a  Deepak and Satish,Satish did the website for the Lions CLub. There is also a John a wealthy business man in Curacao and Aruba,recently he was involved in something in Curacao that made big news there that landed him in prison I believe.
