I would like to point out that what people do on websites like this is damn wrong. Who cares about the KNP blog, or whether or not she converted to marry him, or even what religion they are.

Also, just to point out that you "slueths" have been duped. I'm what the internet refers to as a troll. I don't know anything about AB's family, I just reposted what I've been reading online. Also, I'm not even local, I'm from columbia, and haven't been to jefferson city in years.

As to my credibility, it is 0, but it is interesting to see that ANYONE can get on ANY of these sights, and pretend to be ANYONE they want to be. Also, it is pretty interesting to see that all of you clung to what I say as though it is fact. I'm actually surprised that you "gossips" haven't truly questioned my credibility before.

That is ridiculous - what makes some people tick?  Columbia MO is not that far from Jefferson City - this person must have decided to read a little here and then the light bulb went on.  Very sick!

I know there's a thread for the Fort Hood disaster, but if you're like me, you kinda like to stay in one place. So, I did some research to make myself feel better, and make sure my instincts were right.

(Caution: little legal lesson to follow)
The Muslim terrorist who committed these murders was a US military person. Therefore, his crimes and punishment are not adjudicated under US law, but rather under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (thanks for all those days in the law library!). As such, the max penalty he will face is death.

There is an appeals process, but I guaran-damn-tee ya it isn't anywhere as long as the civilian law allows. Translation, hopefully this bastard will fry.

If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask. It feels so good to be researching law again!

Yeah Tevye, but HASAN AKBAR that killed those guys in the tent still is sitting in prison. Wonder why?

    * On April 21, 2005 Akbar was found guilty of two counts of premeditated murder (of Army Capt. Christopher Seifert, 27, who was shot in the back, and Air Force Maj. Gregory Stone, 40, struck by shrapnel) and three counts of attempted premeditated murder.[9] He was sentenced to death on April 28, the jury deliberating for around 7 hours.[10]

    * On November 20, 2006 Lieutenant General John Vines, commander of the 18th Airborne Corps, affirmed the death sentence against Akbar.[3] The case now goes to the Army Court of Criminal Appeals under an automatic appeal. If the appeal fails, the execution will take place by lethal injection.

Since the Vietnam War, Akbar is the first U.S. soldier to be charged with the murder of another soldier during wartime, and the third soldier since the Vietnam War to be sentenced to death for killing a fellow soldier, though William Kreutzer Jr.'s sentence was commuted to life. The last U.S. military execution was that of John A. Bennett in 1961.

So, I need to find out what happened with the appeals. All total, crime to now, is 6 years. In a civilian case, some folks have managed to drag it out 30 + years. I do not think the military will take that long. However, I need to know who can commute a sentence. I hope that Bambi is out of office before the appeals process is up!
