Yes, Dell did recall.  Sony was the manufacturer of the battery.

I believe Dompig replaced VDStraaten for a few days in the 1st week of the case. The second time was around the middle of July.

Someone higher on the food chain is hiding behind Dompig- of course VDStraten comes immediately to mind, but I think there's others.

We heard awhile back that VDStratten was never actually off the case, that he's still pulling the strings...Dunno if it's true or not. Anybody know?

The dailies publish more details on the murder in Aruba of Poli
Pantev, boss of the SIC insurance company. His body will be flown to
Sofia on Thursday.

Pantev was planning to have plastic surgery and live under an
assumed identity on the island, "Troud" says, quoting a source close
to the police in Aruba. He tried to con the international cocaine
Mafia by stealing 500 kg of the drug and selling it dirt cheap.

Once the body is in Sofia, DNA testing will show if it is
really Pantev, "Monitor" says. A detective told the daily from Aruba
that there are suspects but no one has been arrested.

There is only one Bulgarian living on the island, the
international relations department said, without naming names.

Pantyu Pantev, a Bulgarian who was recently killed in the Aruba
island, was a spy and his murder was contracted by his girl friend,
"Troud" says. Pantev was shot to death in a local hotel. According
to one of the theories, he was killed because he owed money. Two
persons have been questioned in the case, "24 Chassa" writes. Both
dailies refer to their correspondents sent to Aruba.

Interesting - I guess the 2 theories are (1) murder for hire by his gf, and (2) because he owed money. With an insinuation of cocaine/mafia involvement.

Have you had any luck finding out if that long road has a name?  All I need is confimation that it has a name to add that to the timeline as major discrepancy, since if it does then J and 2K probably disagree about where J and N were dropped off.

He was a teacher at ISA but no longer is.  If you go to the ISA website his name is no longer listed as Faculty. He seems to have disappeared
