I guess I'm alittle PO'D at the Persistence.Not the crew,but the one's that started all this to begin with.I just don't understand asking for donations one day and the next saying we are going home.I thought I read and maybe I'm wrong that they had the targets located and the next thing to be done was to dive on them.Well a couple of speed boats and a few divers could have eliminated most if not all of those targets in a short amount of time.That is just the way I see this.I'm bummed out with them,I confess it...Please feel free to correct me if needed..It's truth on truth for me and I respect many of you very much so if I need adjusting,have at it...

Beth is appreciative and pleased with the efforts of the Persistence. In fact they are her heros. So they are mine, and she is in the know:) But it is people looking out for her interests that makes this group so special. Questioning and thinking, not being blindly led. No one has the answers yet, that is why this is a mystery:) But don't believe for one minute that this group has been anything but a big part of the solution. Beth is nothing without her supporters and the media. Well not nothing, but she loves and needs each one of us, or so she says:) I think she does:)

Lets say they have found the place were Natalee is.. in the ocean etc.. now the persistence is going home.. what if the perps go back there and fish the evidence out of the water?

Teleruba airs program "A day in the Life" 3/2/08

Sunday 2nd of March, 2008 Telearuba will show a program called "A day in a Life"

The show will be About Natalee Holloway. It will be Bradcast via Telearuba , Tele Curacao. and ANT TV.

Beside the Live TV cast, it will be transmitted via the radio stations in Aruba TOP FM, COOL FM, and Real FM, on Curacao it will be Direct FM.

Via Internet www.telearuba.aw and the other stations www.promoaruba.aw

There also will be 3 live telephone lines for people to ask question on sunday.

He claims to be such a stud, but where are all of his girl friends? Only Guido seems to have publicly claimed to have had sexual relations with him. And of course Depaak bragging that Joran him and Satish had sex in the same room at the same time with the same girl. I wanted to ask him, whats with that on an island flooded with young girls on  a weekly basis, all fired up to party. And having to drug them? They must not be the Mac daddies that they think:)

The only thing Beth needs from me is my prayers and those I give her and Dave plenty of,no doubt..The burden is always lighter when it's spread amoung many....

What if the big riff on whether they actully found anything in the "Fish Trap" that relates to Natalee?

If they did not (which I feel is the case) they told us.. If they did NOT ~ I suspect that those in charge have good reason not to at this time.   So what is the big deal?

If you feel they did find something and YOU are now upset and feel betrayed .. fine that is your right.. but please simply state that and start another thread for that particular issue.

Oh while I'm my rant .. can we posters please cut down on the Quote Stacks.  Go back a day or more and try reading to get back up to speed

I believe Beth has shared what she could when she could. She is a straight shooter and it pisses the idiots off on Aruba.

I also believe it is natural to feel a little disappointed that we do not know if Natalee has been found and on her way home. The crew has left and there is a bit of apprehension. It's natural to feel that way. It's part of being human.

No one was more excited than me when the Persistence got to Aruba. I understand technology and love the aspect of a high tech ship searching for Natalee. It's the intrigue that holds my attention. It was like the Star Ship Enterprise was involved and how could that fail? Never has a ship that complex looked for anyone to my knowledge. It's exciting on so many levels.

And while we wait again, it is with hope that at some point Natalee will come home. The targets are known and if wreck is not correct, there will be another search. So we will live to fight another day.

We take our victories where we can. The Persistence gave us a victory. No Doubt.

I think the trap more likely had drug remains than human remains.  I think the Persistence crew uncovered something Aruba didn't want them to find out about.

They were very quick to indicate a thumbs down however, they had just arrived and peeked in??? too staged

Yep, at 15:38b a diver is about 10 feet from the bottom, indicating they haven't "seen" what's in the cage, at 15:39 we get the thumbs down, then at 15:43 we see on the video screen aboard the ship that the divers appear to be engaging the cage. To me it looks like they are kicking up clouds of dust, with each diver at opposite ends of the cage, as if they are trying to see how they can get inside it.

Oldfart - I believe everyone here is very thankful for the work the Persistence has done.  The only real questions some have had is pertaining to how they asked for last minute donations.  They started asking for donations about a week ago at BFN saying that if they didn't get funding they would have to leave.  Schaeffer was on TV 2/28 asking for donations, or they would have to leave.  Then they start packing up to leave the next day.  That's what people have found ODD.  They weren't being upfront about their plans to leave whether $$ came in or not.
