Period.

osama bin barack and hellarina are Socialists who owe more allegiance to the UN than the US, so they are non-starters for my vote. In fact I consider a vote for either to be an act of Treason.

But now I am finally finding reasons to vote FOR my party's nominee, rather than against those whom I abhor.

John McCain will stand for our National Sovereignty which is Issue #1 in my book.

He will NOT surrender to the moslem threat.

He will not be ashamed to have this country fight for what we believe in. He cares nothing for bleeding-heart apologism and appears to be bored with the stupid prattlings about whether we hold moral high ground in our present conflicts. He has BEEN TO WAR HIMSELF, instead of reading books or listening to pointy-headed wacko left-wing professors lecture against it, and he know what war is and how it HAS to be waged. What's more, WAR HAS BEEN TO HIM, personally. 5 YEARS in a Vietnamese prison-camp slice of hell. He has paid the price while his opponents wrote term papers and chanted anti-war slogans and smoked pot.

Do I agree with him on every issue, NO. Is he as conservative as I want him to be, NO. He has some things to answer for, but I am willing to hear him out and let him state his case for the times he seemed to be going too far to the other end of the spectrum. I'll give you a hint: There were times when I felt that another politician/President did the same thing... you may have heard of him... his name was Reagan.

I am drawing my line in the sand here, guys.

BTW you DID hear what osama bin barack's people think of Natalee, didn't you? "Just another rich white blonde girl..."

To me, it's not about tax cuts or oil companies or gas prices at all. Those are selfish me-first issues that people vote over for their own narrow self-interest. Sorry if that offends y'all, but there are bigger things out there. Like our freedom and existence as a nation. Oil prices have doubled all around the world, in lots of countries Dick Cheney is not Vice-President of, so don't start with me about Exxon etc.

"Special-Interest Groups"? Every politician in the history of the world has owned them, and been owned by them in return. That's Politics 101. At least the ones backing John McCain are not headed up by Louis Farrakhan.

"CHANGE"? I know that osama bin barack cares about "change". He wants "change" SOOOOOO much.... He wants the "change" in MY pocket, and YOURS, and EVERYONE ELSE'S, too. You better believe he does, yes, indeed!

I WANT McCain's experience governing me and my country. Right now we need the steady hand and the practiced skill, not the unproven and untested "talk the talk, but can he walk the walk". President Bush governed a State, and did it well, for 6 years, before becoming President, and the haters mock him for being too naive and inexperienced. What has osama ever governed, the local chapter of the Neighborhood Beautification Committee? Yet those who (wrongly) belittle Bush expect osama to be somehow better and smarter and more skilled and better advised... in what parallel universe, in what bizarre alternative reality, is that supposed to happen?

I will gladly stack my conservatism up against anyone on this board, and I am telling you that I will unabashedly support McCain with no reservations at all in this election. Not just because I know what the alternatives are, either. And I won't "hold my nose" in doing so.

Even if every last one of you get mad at me, I will STILL be here, fighting our fights in all the areas we hold dear, for Natalee and Beth and others, and I will still care about every one of you. No matter how mad you get, I am not going to go away.

But I want you to know where I stand.

John McCain will probably drop dead before he is sworn in.

And I believe those five years in a Vietnamese prison camp slice of hell damaged his mind.

Hi sb,

When I saw my name in the Political Forum as the last person to comment on "I support McCain" I have to set the record straight.

I do NOT support McCain and I disavow any connection whatsoever to John McCain.

Well, Louise, I hope you like wearing black head and face covers, ( shiva??)cause that is a real possibility if Obama is elected.  His church proports to be Christian, but it is as Muslim as ben Laden.   WTH does Obama want to change????  Think about it!! He has been attending, accepting and exposing his children's young minds (as Muslims do) to Hate America sermons for years.  Like I said in another thread, that so-called, illiterate reverand, said it all in Sept. 2001.  No God bless America for him....then he should get the hell out of this great Nation and try living in Iran or Iraq!!!
