Ya know what I think is crdible is that if there was a crime commited, the disposal of the body.  He thinks that he saw the suspect swim out with the body. That part may be the truth.

You would not even need a boat.....you could walk out a good distance before the currents got strong.

Even pre-Carlos I was thinking this may be what happened, ocean disposal without a boat.  Joran's 3:15 computer activity doesn't seem consistent with someone who still has a dead body to worry about.  Seems more consistent with someone who has already disposed of the body but is too keyed up to sleep.   So I think she was dead and disposed of by the time Joran got home.  And other than carrying her to a dumpster, the only way I can see for Joran to disappear her from the Marriott beach without a car is swimming her out and letting her go.  That would fit with him saying at school "maybe she hit her head and drowned", that suggests he was anticipating she might wash back up, and if he had disposed of her by boat he would have taken her out for miles and/or weighed her down, so he wouldn't have been worried about that.   The only problem is that according to what I've read, the Panama-bound current typically doesn't begin until about 1000 meters out or more.  The dummy experiments showed a body placed in the water at less than that distance will eventually float back to shore.  So why didn't that happen? I wonder if the sea actually did give her back, and she's been somewhere along the Aruban shoreline all this time, but in some hard to reach location like at the bottom of a cliff.  Chandra went undiscovered in the middle of a public park for a year because she was lying at the bottom of a steep ravine, Joran may have just gotten lucky the same way.

I have a habbit of remembering stuff like that.  My old boss used to be amazed when I would tell her things she had told me. Laughing

Jacqueline posted the transcript, I think on page 40.  They showed a new photo of Natalee from that night.  Talked about how in the photo she looked very sober, not like someone that had been drinking all day.
