Hey now...No one is above the law in Aruba!  I think he is a bit older then Rudy and the old pics you see of Betico. I believe this is a picture of him after he came back from Colombia from his vacation,just before that he hit a police officer with his car and fled to the airport. I tried to translate a recent article from Hans Mos,as I think he said Hendrik will not face any charges...Hardly a suprise and I bet everyone could have predicted that..Attempted murder,drug trafficking,money laundering,corruption,rape and forced prostitution and none of these elders ever gets reprimanded!

Steve Croes has a dark complexion with dark hair.  If he is the son of Hendrik, then his mother would have to be a very dark islander.  That would fit the description of what Joran said on the video that the guy was half and half.

Joran couldn't do this on his own. A dead body is very heavy. I think his friends and maybe also his halfbrother Lorenzo helped him. Lorenzo van Rijn he's young 25+ years old. And has been involved in dirty business. He has a huge house with expensive cars close to the hotels. Besides that he sells partydrugs and owns a boat. He's no stranger to the aruben authorities. . I think the name Daury he mention is just a code name for one of his loveones.But I still think it's Lorenzo who helped him.

Something Bad Happened To Natalee Holloway

I keep going back to June 11th 2005. It was leaked to the press that one of the suspects in the case of Natalee Holloway made a statement. It is one I will never forget. "Something Bad happened." Later, that was all said to have been a misunderstanding.
Something bad happened. Now there is tape out there with a confession of events. Just think this case would have been long gone if Joran had told the truth in the beginning. I will be doing a post later on what I think of Joran's parents.

Back on June 11th, it was announced in the press, that one of the three suspects proclaimed "Something bad happened." Most people believe that, that suspect was Joran. They believe that it meant that Natalee, unfortunately died. It was a confession, pure and simple! Apparently, it was covered up, Daddy probably made sure of that, he and his croonies. They want us to forget that the confession ever came out, but it will not happen. We know that something bad happened, and that Joran, Deepak, and Satish, can tell the world what that was.

These sentences I think are very very suspicious.

Hi Briany..Yes it became even more suspicious when Judge Wit spoke out after the case was closed in Dec/Jan where he blamed Chief Dompig and Chief Prosecuter Karin Janssen. He said Dompig obstructed Justice and wanted the Van Der Sloots to have there privacy and to not search the home..He also said that the OM never asked to search anything more then Joran's Apt..But we have statements from the OM and Dompig that they were dissapointed that they were denied the search twice,Dompig blamed the OM and said they did not present a good case to search the house.  It is all on record that they are all lying about the search of the Van Der Sloot home.

Why would a lawyer, who is telling his son to go to school the next morning to show there is nothing going, at the same time prevents the search of his living?
VdS must have realized that he makes himself a suspect by providing search in his own house, but in spite of that he still made sure his living was not searched.

Maybe he had his reasons.

We only had speculations that the house was never searched until Peter R confirmed that it never was well over a year later. We would still only be speculating if it wasnt for his show. Paulus doesn't care so much about people speculating,as he knows we need hard facts/evidence and as long as that property was never searched and nothing was found,I dont think he cares about anything..What is clear is he had major help..As the Judge threw Dompig under the bus and Dompig blames the OM for presenting weak evidence for searching that house..Remember Natalee went missing 17 days earlier before they even attempted that search,but if you look at the two security guards who were framed there house was searched immediately based on BS. PVDS had no control over searching that house but the ALE,OM and the Judge did.

As far as PVDS being a suspect,he was one well before the search of the home on the 15th..They had witneses and wiretaps that said that PVDS had two contacts with Natalee and picked her and Joran up at 4AM..That was the last bit of evidence that Karin Janssen presented to the court 18 months later..I can't prove the Judge is lying but Dompig and Janssen are caught red handed.

In November, 2006 ... it appears that Beth and Peter Devries are on the same page as far as the extent of the search warrant which originated from the prosecutor's office.  Both of them are of the opinion that the warrant dictated a full search.

However ... in October, 2005 ... Dompig claims that a full search warrant was denied by a judge following Joran's detainment and ... was denied again following Paulus' detainment.

Bob Wit recently denied that the search warrant was for the entire VDS' property.  I guess he is implying that Gerold Dompig ... the chief of police ... was lying to Greta on October 9, 2005.  Unless a copy of the search warrant surfaces ... I do believe that Bob Wit is going to win this one.

DE VRIES: Well, the search in the home address of the family van der Sloot was very strange because the search warrant was made by head prosecutor Karin Janssen, and contained an allowance to search the whole address, “Montanja nineteen.” So, the gardens, the buildings--everything. But, when the police was on the spot, another high-ranking employee of the Justice office--it was Mr. Bob Wit--reduced the search warrant to only the room of Joran--and that was very strange.

TWITTY: Well I think they will always have to look at there were two personnel involved from the Aruban Justice Department and that is why we do not have any evidence and that is what Joran’s attorney will have to be reminded of. It is because of Bob Witt and Ben King stopped the search warrants. It was made to initially search the entire area of Mon. 19 - the garden, the buildings and everything but on the spot a high ranking employee of the Justice Office, Bob Witt, reduced the search warrant to only the room of Joran so that’s why we do not have any evidence because of involvement of the obstruction from the Aruban Justice Department personnel.

Dompig: It was also denied, we were a bit disappointed with that. The judge was coming from another island I must point out. He said we didn’t make a good enough case to get a warrant.

Janet: As  far I can recall Peter R. de Vries got this information out of a policefile. And it was an important segment of his show; I doubt he would have aired it the way he did without the back up evidence for it. He didn't exactly bring it as a rumour....

If Karin Janssen requested it for the whole address at the time it would be weird if a judge would deny it (certainly at that point in the investigation)....as if that sweet innocent 17 year old ONLY lived in his own little appartment....
And they must have had other evidence (maybe collected later?) connected to the house...otherwise they wouldn't have been allowed to go through their garden in 2007.

When you consider that the Dompig claimed in October, 2005 that the search warrant was only for Joran's apartment and ... recently Wit refutes Devries claim that the search warrant was for the entire VDS property ... I wonder why Devries has never refuted Wit's claim on his blog ... in the many recent recent talk show interview.

Devries recent silence on this issue or any issue regarding a perceived coverup in the investigation of Natalee Holloway ... concerns me.

GBMW ... since Wit's recent public denial that he never reduced the scope of the search warrant ... I have been waiting for Devries denial.

Devries publicly claims that he has solved the case by implicating "only" Joran.
