Police got an anonymous tip from a person who regularly jogs very early in the morning hours, in the area of Rooi Santo and the Aruba Racquet Club.

This person is male and now his information is considered very valuable to Police.

The Police requests that the jogger get in contact with the Police spokesperson, Papito Comencia by telephone at 583-3483 or 582-4000

As of yesterday, this person has not reacted to the request. DIARIO doesn't know if there was someone there to answer the phone. An American journalist tried calling live, but one of the numbers was a fax machine and the other, no one answered.

It is known that this person (witness) possibly saw a very suspicionsly parked vehicle in the early morning hours. This would corroborate the other witness who said that he saw this vehicle, with the suspects Deepak, Satish and Joran.

That event was mainly a lie according to scubajap (not the part about unmanned line). There was a Colombian recently out of KIA (for abusing a female) who did jog along through there; the cops were trying to get a call either from or about him but he was long gone.

Interesting.  I always wondered about that. I thought there might have been an increase in reports after Jan VanderStraaten left (I think 7/22/2005) and after the reenactment.  I always wondered about the jogger story. Interesting that he was a regular jogger, but newly released from jail.

     If the information that CAPS has given us is correct, and Julia was actually there that fateful night with her camera,  I think that I will go absolutely nuts.  How could she meet Beth the next day and search the island with her, knowing what had really happened?  Julia pretends to be Beth's friend after participating in Natalee's fateful night.    OMG, what a betrayal. How could a woman be part of a sick activity like the porn party where young girls are being taken advantage of?

Are you speaking of Eric Williams the "agent" who was on scene with Beth.  Also Fred Maduro, wasn't he the man over the prison when the young girl interviewed and went to joran's cell and they put him doing something else or fired him?  JackB

maduro was placed on disciplinary leave for telling the press that he'd known jvds most of his life, was aware of his uncontrollable anger management problems, and that it didn't surprise him at all seeing him in prison.  he also said jvds had a fight with a smaller built fellow prisoner and that he had a temper tantrum one morning when the polis came to take him into the police station for questioning.

Sorry stepped out for awhile, GBMW What I was commenting on was the Judges narrowing of a search warrant and lack of appeal for keeping the suspects DNA. All of which makes any evidence collected is organized as unknown DNA. Lets say they found DNA with the hair and duct tape, if it linked back to one of the suspects it could be part of the case. Without DNA from the suspects it is debris that gets thrown away.

I would definitely add Ben Vocking (King) to that list. He was working for Prosecutor Jannsen's office and took a leave of absence the day after Natalee disappeared to, in his own words, "help his good friend in need" Paulus van der Sloot. This is about as wide open a conflict of interest as you can get.

Ben Vocking must have known Joran and Paulus were criminally responsible for the disappearance of Natalee, otherwise what did he have to worry about?

DE VRIES: Well, the search in the home address of the family van der Sloot was very strange because the search warrant was made by head prosecutor Karin Janssen, and contained an allowance to search the whole address, “Montanja nineteen.” So, the gardens, the buildings--everything. But, when the police was on the spot, another high-ranking employee of the Justice office--it was Mr. Bob Wit--reduced the search warrant to only the room of Joran--and that was very strange.

It is because of Bob Witt and Ben King stopped the search warrants. It was made to initially search the entire area of Mon. 19 - the garden, the buildings and everything but on the spot a high ranking employee of the Justice Office, Bob Witt, reduced the search warrant to only the room of Joran so that’s why we do not have any evidence because of involvement of the obstruction from the Aruban Justice Department personnel.

Janet: As  far I can recall Peter R. de Vries got this information out of a policefile. And it was an important segment of his show; I doubt he would have aired it the way he did without the back up evidence for it. He didn't exactly bring it as a rumour....

If Karin Janssen requested it for the whole address at the time it would be weird if a judge would deny it (certainly at that point in the investigation)....as if that sweet innocent 17 year old ONLY lived in his own little appartment....
And they must have had other evidence (maybe collected later?) connected to the house...otherwise they wouldn't have been allowed to go through their garden in 2007.

When you consider that the Dompig claimed in October, 2005 that the search warrant was only for Joran's apartment and ... recently Wit refutes Devries claim that the search warrant was for the entire VDS property ... I wonder why Devries has never refuted Wit's claim on his blog ... in the many recent recent talk show interview.

Devries recent silence on this issue or any issue regarding a perceived coverup in the investigation of Natalee Holloway ... concerns me.

GBMW ... since Wit's recent public denial that he never reduced the scope of the search warrant ... I have been waiting for Devries denial.

Devries publicly claims that he has solved the case by implicating "only" Joran.

I checked the segment on the Peter R. de Vries Show: Karin Janssen confirmed in a letter (a reply to the long letter that Peter R. de Vries sent her since the ALE wouldn't answer questions on camera) that de Wit changed the search warrant.

This is news to me.  I have always wondered where Devries obtain this information regarding the search warrant.

GBMW ...   is it possible to provide me with a link to the source that Janssen informed Devries by letter that Wit changed the scope of the search which was specified in the search warrant.

Before Beth arrived on the island, she knew already, by having phonecalls with the students and the nephew, that Natalee left with a Dutch guy, who told he was also a tourist on the Island.

Why are Renee Gielen and those fortunetellers keep writing Beth is a liar?
Beth is not a liar, Renee Gielen is the one who spreads lies and rumours. 

So Natalee went with Joran in the car, probably because she was thinking that he gave her a lift to the Holiday Inn.

This is one of the proofs that Beth did not lie.

My guess is that Renee is sleeping with one of the Ministers.  There have been numerous facts to refute her (psychic) visions.  There is also an FBI 302 statement, from one of Natalee's friends, that said that Joran introduced himself as a 19 yr. old Soccer player from Holland. Sorta makes the whole "I had to get home to get to sleep for my big test" story a bigger concoction than even originally thought.

Forget Natalee Holloway. How dare you! Aruba is still covering up a murder of an American woman. In my opinion, Joran and the Kalpoe brothers killed her with Paulus aiding dumping her in the ocean. According to Jossy Mansur ... there was a jogger who confirmed the gardeners testimony regarding the observation of Deepak's vehicle parked in the area of the Racquet Ball Club on the morning when Natalee Holloway went missing.  Jossy was requested by Aruban authorities to publish ....

Also, the jogger, the latest witness that police are talking about -- this is supposedly the man who called police from a public phone several days after Natalee Holloway disappeared, saying that he saw the car with the Kalpoe brothers and Joran by the racquet club the night that she disappeared. Police are still looking for him. They`re not able to find him because the man, again, called from a public phone and did not leave his name -- Nancy.

GRACE: You know, that was a question we had last night, Jossy, as to why the Aruban police could not trace that phone call from a jogger, a jogger escaping the heat on the island of Aruba the night Natalee went missing. That`s the apparent explanation of why he was out jogging at that time of the night. Jossy, if this is true and he called from a public phone, true, police cannot trace who he is, but it would also give credence. Was that public phone near where Natalee Holloway disappeared?

JOSSY MANSUR, MANAGING EDITOR, "DIARIO": That`s what I understand, that this jogger also saw the same car parked at the same spot by the racquet club. However, he did call from a public telephone, and I don`t know whether the police can trace it or not. But according to information I have, they cannot.

BETH HOLLOWAY TWITTY: I know one thing that Deepak Kalpoe did in August was, when the gardener came before the judge of instruction to give sworn testimony of witnessing those three suspects together in the Kalpoe brothers' car that night at the pond, across the street from the Marriott, it was in front of the prosecutor, in front of the defense, the judge of instruction, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, Joran Van Der Sloot.

Deepak panicked. He panicked when the gardener gave that testimony. That very afternoon, he called an Aruban girl to help him establish an alibi. She, in turn, panicked. She called FBI. She dialed the 1-877-NATALEE number and told them that she did not want to be involved in this.
