I am asking all mothers and fathers and all nations to hear my plea. I implore you, do not allow these two suspects, the Kalpoe brothers, to enter your country until this case is solved. Do not allow these criminals to walk among your citizens. Help me by not allowing these two to get away with this crime.

It is my greatest fear today that the Kalpoe brothers will leave Aruba. I am asking the Aruban officials to notify the United States State Department in the event these suspects try to leave this island. I am asking all nations not to offer them a safe haven. You are right I just tried it.

It's very clear to everyone these two innocent black men were set up as both had confirmed alibi's immediately but were held for 10 days,while Pauls friends in the Ale and OM led the Investigation away from the real suspects. The real perps were caught lying 4 days earlier when they reviewed the HI tapes and we know they remained free another 9 days after that. The Authorities searched everything the two innocent men owned while denying the search where Natalee was most likely murdered,at the Van Der Sloot house,,as we know it was denied being searched until 2007.

I read all of the early blogs/posts and saw Van Der Sloot friends and plants all blaming the two innocent black men and posting the most disgusting comments ever and 100% misinformation. Mickey John put a bullseye on himself by being outgoing and friendly. He was probably at the wrong place at the wrong time when he was picked out,as any black security guard probably would have worked just fine.

Today Occidental Hotels & Resorts' Allegro Aruba Resort issued a statement through Business Wire claiming that contrary to several press reports, murder and kidnapping suspects Nick John, 30, and Abraham Jones, 28, are not employees.

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 7, 2005--The following is a statement by Allegro Aruba Resort: Reports that the two men arrested in the search for Natalee Holloway in Aruba are employees of the Allegro Aruba Resort are erroneous and false.

In fact, the resort has been closed for complete renovation since May 1, 2005, and is scheduled to reopen later this year. It is possible that these two individuals in question worked for the security company hired by the construction firm to provide security for the site. The two men were not employees of the hotel and statements attributing that are incorrect.

However, that appears to directly contradict the on air statements of MSNBC's Mike Tirone, a Scarborough Country producer as televised on June 7th.

Scarborough Country senior producer Mike Tirone just came back from a vacation in Aruba and coincidentally stayed at the same hotel where one of the suspects in the Natalee Holloway case worked as a security guard. The guards worked at Hotel Allegro, near the Holiday Inn where Holloway was staying. A lawyer for one of the men said neither of the men were working the night Holloway disappeared.

Mike Tirone: Joe, we were in Aruba at the Allegra resort for about 10 days. We interacted with this security guard. He was high-fiving my 7-year-old son. We had -- we saw him on a daily occurrence every day. I would take a jog and talk to him.

He was a really nice guy. He had a lot of charisma. He was a fun guy. He went out of his way to help people. And I was very surprised. I almost fell out of my chair when I saw the AP and MSNBC put his face up. It was a real surprise.

Forget Natalee Holloway. How dare you! Aruba is still covering up a murder of an American woman. In my opinion, Joran and the Kalpoe brothers killed her with Paulus aiding dumping her in the ocean. As Joran just stated-We dumped her in the ocean with a friend (Paulus?) and she may still have been alive.  There is so much corruption that we uncovered, that I would never want anyone to go there. Hope your child goes to Aruba and you find out how uneducated you are!!!

DE VRIES: Well, the search in the home address of the family van der Sloot was very strange because the search warrant was made by head prosecutor Karin Janssen, and contained an allowance to search the whole address, “Montanja nineteen.” So, the gardens, the buildings--everything. But, when the police was on the spot, another high-ranking employee of the Justice office--it was Mr. Bob Wit--reduced the search warrant to only the room of Joran--and that was very strange.

TWITTY: Well I think they will always have to look at there were two personnel involved from the Aruban Justice Department and that is why we do not have any evidence and that is what Joran’s attorney will have to be reminded of. It is because of Bob Witt and Ben King stopped the search warrants. It was made to initially search the entire area of Mon. 19 - the garden, the buildings and everything but on the spot a high ranking employee of the Justice Office, Bob Witt, reduced the search warrant to only the room of Joran so that’s why we do not have any evidence because of involvement of the obstruction from the Aruban Justice Department personnel.

Dompig: That is correct. The fact is that we as a law enforcement agency always try to get the maximum. Meaning that we want to search as much places as possible. We were not granted by the judge a search warrant for the complete house, we only received the warrant for the apartment.

Reporter: But what about after Paul Van der Sloot was arrested, couldn’t you get a warrant to search the house then?

Dompig: It was also denied, we were a bit disappointed with that. The judge was coming from another island I must point out. He said we didn’t make a good enough case to get a warrant.

Janet: As  far I can recall Peter R. de Vries got this information out of a policefile. And it was an important segment of his show; I doubt he would have aired it the way he did without the back up evidence for it. He didn't exactly bring it as a rumour....

If Karin Janssen requested it for the whole address at the time it would be weird if a judge would deny it (certainly at that point in the investigation)....as if that sweet innocent 17 year old ONLY lived in his own little appartment....
And they must have had other evidence (maybe collected later?) connected to the house...otherwise they wouldn't have been allowed to go through their garden in 2007.

When you consider that the Dompig claimed in October, 2005 that the search warrant was only for Joran's apartment and ... recently Wit refutes Devries claim that the search warrant was for the entire VDS property ... I wonder why Devries has never refuted Wit's claim on his blog ... in the many recent recent talk show interview.

Devries recent silence on this issue or any issue regarding a perceived coverup in the investigation of Natalee Holloway ... concerns me.

GBMW ... since Wit's recent public denial that he never reduced the scope of the search warrant ... I have been waiting for Devries denial.

Devries publicly claims that he has solved the case by implicating "only" Joran.

I checked the segment on the Peter R. de Vries Show: Karin Janssen confirmed in a letter (a reply to the long letter that Peter R. de Vries sent her since the ALE wouldn't answer questions on camera) that de Wit changed the search warrant.

This is news to me.  I have always wondered where Devries obtain this information regarding the search warrant.

GBMW ...   is it possible to provide me with a link to the source that Janssen informed Devries by letter that Wit changed the scope of the search which was specified in the search warrant.

Janet...I'm off to work about now. I can put that piece of footage from the broadcast on my computer and e-mail it. But I'll have to ingest it first...I'll check if it's possible today. Have you ever seen the whole show? Maybe I could make it small enough to mail the complete show. Of course it's in Dutch but you might want to see / have it either way. Let me know (or if anyone else wants it for that matter of course!)

After his arrest there was a newspaperarticle with quotes from his lawyer & Zvezdana Vukojevic. In the article it was mentioned Joran was asked to participate in a documentary and he declined....must have been this one?
Well....he must have had his reasons not wanting to help with a documentary / film that is supposed to show the truthful  story about what happened that night 
But then again....he might have changed his mind....he did have some time off recently

I'm guessing that this film will be filled with a lot of BS about Beth / the aftermath of what happened or things that don't matter (a dubious quote of someone saying Natalee was in rehab etc...).....not about that specific night & the short time afterwards when it comes to the investigation & J2K's part in this.

I haven't heard a thing but I doubt it's gone for good.  They used to have a backup forum but I don't know if I still have the link.
