I don't know all the details but it seems Sunny has had to undergo 2 surgeries in the last 5 days.  The 2nd one of course totally unexpected. 

Please say some extra prayers for Sunny, she needs our help.

I am finally home....the colon resection for early stage went well, unfortunately on Friday my gall bladder went bad although it wasn't known at that time...Friday morning I start having a different kind of pain and my white blood cell count started going up..the doctors thought I had an infection and began treating me for that.....to make a long story short I had emergency gall bladder operation on Tuesday, the week after the colon resection..........back to back operations really takes the wind out of one. Peaches you are such an inspiration.....I am going tomorrow to my cousins house for a week or so...right now I am as weak as a new born babe and need help to get around.  Charles needs to get back to work..I will write more later..thanks to all for your prayers and good thoughts, flowers, cards, gifts and emails...I KNOW it got me through these past days...and will get me through the next step of recovery. I am sorry to copy an email sent to others privately

OMG! I can't believe you even had the strength to post today.  I am so glad you gave us and update.  I will keep you in my prayers and all you need to do is rest and get better soon.

Well, good grief, girl!  Get some rest!  WOW!  I don't envy you two surgeries back to back.  Hopefully, they did the gallbladder laprascopically.  Going into this last surgery, I had it in my head that because it was an "open" procedure, it would be a big big deal.  I've had laprascopic surgery and I thought that was worse than this.  Oh at first, it all sucks but that gas that they pump into your gut for laparoscopy is the worst.  At least with an open abdominal surgery, the doctor got a good look at all my stuff and had the chance to take out anything he didn't like the looks of. 

Sunny, I'm glad you're going to be taken care of.  Recovery sucks.  But you will recover because you have our prayers and support and our love.  And because you're tough!  Continued good thoughts and prayers headed your way!

Praying for you, Sunny.  You took the one-two punch and came up swinging. 

Let someone else take over for a while.  Sending prayers for your cousin to give her the strength to keep you off your feet.  Lady monkeys are something else!
