For all we know MJ and the other guy both already got a settlement check and signed a disclosure. Unlikely I know,as these two appear to have no rights. Wasn't it Deepak and Joran who were both hinting they were gonna get payed when incarcerated? Did Deepak invest his money in the Cyberzone Cafe or is it just coincidental his step father bought it?

i don't think any of them got an official settlement...as of 3 months ago i would say mj didn't or wouldn't be asking me to send a phone.....i've been wrong before tho..lol

He's apparently so confident that he'll never go back to jail that he's writing a book, he confided.  "It's about his experiences with the case.  He told me he'd written 50 pages," said Kristina.  "My dad is very impressed already," he bragged."

Joran ludicrously told Kristina that the Aruban authorities had given him $26,000 as compensation "for what I went through."

"He told me he'd given it to his parents to help fund his education in Holland," said Kristina.  "I was puzzled and I asked him, 'So you've been cleared, then?'

"No,' he said nonchalantly, 'I'm still a suspect.'"  In one of Joran's most laughable claims, he told Kristina:  "I call the police in Aruba every day to see if Natalee has been found."  But perhaps he came closest to the truth when she asked him what he thought had happened to the tragic college-bound beauty.

Said Kristina:  "He smiled and said, 'If anyone was trying to get rid of her, they'd have to dump her body ten miles from shore--or it would come back on the tide.'"

I am still so irate to learn that the International School of Aruba is receiving financial support from the Office of Overseas Schools of the US Department of State.  I have contacted Paul Sibley, Headmaster, and asked for a clarification of these funds that are advertised on their website.

the only thing i know is it took A LONG time for mj to be taken off the suspect list.
And mj said he could not sue til he was off the list.
his lawyer seemed to be co#k blocking him tho....taking forever....i thought he should get a different one, but he was confident he had a great lawyer.

When I reread some of these old RWV posts, I go WOW.  I wonder who may have seen Guido's white car near C&C?  How well known was GW's car?

Does it really matter that he was gay?  Does it really matter that his ticket was purchased before Natalee disappeared?  Straw men?

Guido Wever's lawyer says the allegations lodged against him currently do not stand up. Guido flew to The Netherlands about a week after Natalee disappeared but that flight had been puchased before Natalee even arrived in Aruba.

Guido does own a white car that allegedly was seen near C&C but many people in Aruba own white cars. Scratches allegedly seen on his face could come from anything, Guido is gay so he wears makeup on his face...none of this adds up to the charges that were laid against him.

Guido just bought that car so it wasn't well known in Aruba. I bet several winesses saw that white car drive erraticly next to Deepaks car and thats why JK2 brought it up in the PV'S. I believe that car was Guido's Nissan and not some bs rented Toyota. I bet that statement got changed just like Beths,when she said the Father of Joran but the statement came out a man with glasses from that first night.

He actually gave me persmision to talk about it, he was upset for Guido he apoke to Guido's sister and said he was sorry he got dragged in and Guido was on the phone, he said Joran one thing the cops said is they have no case against you...They would like Guido to give statement against Joran. He wasn't willing to make up a lie, he sat there for no good reason, they made prosecutorial reason to realease him and kept him overnight so he missed another exam.

Tito said they searched his house in Aruba where he hasns't lived for 11 motnhs, a little late, it's backwards.. it's just mind boggling at this point KJ needs to have her positon re-evaluated, ... writing letters to the FBI asking if Natalee's family is related to Hitler, it shows me an extreme level of incompetenece.

Lookin4info...I'm also inclined to believe the no beach theory. Here are thoughts I posted a few months ago Croes and the night after events.

So one night later, Charles Croes goes to a beach that sounds near or perhaps the same one that Joran left Natalee, Sees 3 cars at approx 2:00am. Is it just dumb luck that he found young cars and kids near the beach that night? So one night before, nobody was out besides Joran? No local who could possibly vouch for Joran being at the beach or not? Or even hear Deepak's loud car coming and going at least twice. Wonder if these kids were ever questioned as to their whereabouts the night before, just to add or take away from Joran's story. And pretty neat that they knew Croes was talking about Joran once he described Deepak's car. Joran did tell Greta that he was never at the beach alone with Deepak and Satish before. And that he knew Deepak from 2 to 4 months.

Then, Paulus is slow to answer the door when the police arrive. Could be he's a sound sleeper, as he never heard Deepak's loud car pull up three times the other night (and Joran claims he heard Deepaks car halfway down the beach). It takes a beep of the police car, and several sirens, and then finally Paulus responds. Maybe he wasn't decent and needed to put on his boxers? Who knows, but seems slow to answer the door. Did Paulus when he heard the sirens contact Joran before answering the door? To alert him? And why didn't he contact Joran at that point via the cell phone to find out where he was? Ok, in a casino, phone maybe wouldn't go thru, but why not at least try to contact? Ok, so he decides to call Joran presumably from where...the police car? Anyway, he reaches him outside the casino, and somehow it's misinterpreted and Joran goes home while the rest of them expect to meet him at the casino? Just seems odd that sequence of events. Possible actions out of panic?

Haha..CC finds someone immediately that recognized Joran's car from just a few details..The funny thing is it wasn't Jorans car but the Kalpoes and everyone says he only knew the Kalpoes a few months and they hung out once a week. I suppose CC got lucky immediately when he picked out that particular beach with details of Deepak's car that led to Jorans house. Why would anyone associate that car as being Jorans?

the way cc told it, the car was recognized as deepak's.  the boys knew the three of them ran around together.  charles knew by that time what jvds' name was.

I'm still suprised about that. It's been a year! If it's just been sitting there, since Quido left, maybe check the tire tread??? It could get to places a regular car could not get to..just guessing

Well being from the south it's not uncommon to hit a deer and I don't care how hard you try to clean the car up there is blood hair skin stuck everywhere especially inside the bumper and the frame connecting the bumper..you would have to replace the parts cause you can never get it completely removed

So that's Deepak's car. Why then, as Knot suggests, would they want the bumper from Guido's car? I had the feeling reading those interviews that something about hitting a girl happened some time before and did not involve Natalee. But that's only my interpretation.

If so maybe the little priss was jealous that Jvs was with a girl and not.  Maybe he DID
follow them and started a fight with NH because of Jvs relationship.  I still believe in my gut she was injured by the "group." effort and they were at one time at the sloots.  Also that Geoffrey van Cromvroit, van der Stratten and Palus was the final solution.  Van der Stratten didn't want to "do" what to his best friend's son?  He has his OWN agenda.  They are a slab of crap.  Joran is the only one in that group who was less than 18 and they let it all fall on him in order to secure "early" release if they were caught up with.  NH may have gotten to the ALE and tried to report what happened and Vanderstratten and cohorts took her back to the Sloots.  I hope Vanderstratten reaps the rewards of his failing in the job he was given to protect the public.  He is a piece of crap right up there with the other perpetrators.  Had he done his job, this whole thing would have been over years ago.  He is lower than the rest in ways, as he had the DUDY, sworn to perform and joined with the thugs against an innocent and helpless girl and her family.  I despise him as much as I do the Sloots.     jackb
