Behind Tierra del Sol near the cellular station, Diario received information that a very suspicious tennis shoe was found in the area. This was a "way" area that people don't go (or can' get to).

Remember that the Natalee Holloway case will reach 3 years and the talk is the tennis shoe is a big size and possibly could be the one JvdS lost or threw away.

It's true Diario has a photo also of the tennis shoe that the Authorities were investigating in the case of the young missing American.

Didn't one of the Psychic's say Natalee was buried in a mineshaft equidistant from the beach and a cell tower?  However, it does seem odd that this shoe is only now being found.

Yeah... and here is a troubling observation from my part of the world.  Assuming the Phils and Aruba have similar climates (LOL)... there is one big big problem with the condition of the shoe...

Where are the spider webs?  The rubber and fabric on the shoe would also have been deteriorated as well after three years... the condom?  Hey folks, assuming the condom had DNA material in it insects alone (ants, etc) would have rendered it nearly unrecognizable --- I believe this is a hoax...

Leave any shoe like that in the opening even for a few days and the spiders will make a quick home out of it ---

I've long thought...and still do...that corrupt people keep things to
hedge their bets...hold over someone else...My hope is that someone is really pissed at Joran...or someone else involved...and used their *ace*....I hope that it is Joran's shoe...stashed away...and put out there on purpose...I do believe in Miracles....to me it does not look weather worn...the laces are even neatly tied...

OMG it seems the article says some suspicious kswiss sneakers found could possibly belong to joran van der sloot......... So what are the chances after all this time the sneakers were actually where found? hmmmm not likely. So has someone planted false evidence? This is very confusing........

Hello all.....still here, just not posting much, as I have had nothing to say in recent weeks. I will say now that I believe this 'tennis shoe' is a sick hoax. Too coinky dinky to be found at the 3 year mark...to the day. Bunch of sickos...who ever they are. Anyway...my thoughts are with Natalee and her family and friends...as always... as this 3 year mark passes. We will never give up. Justice for Natalee Holloway and peace to her family and friends.

Yes I am sadly inclined to think that it can be no other. All that area around the light house/ Tierra Del Sol was searched. It was searched by the Dutch Marines among countless others. That shoe must be a plant, and it has been planted by someone who knows fairly little about the case IMO as I feel if the three perps ever took Natalee to the lighthouse at all it isn't likely they got out of the car there. Sadly this sick act will cast doubt on any future possible finds of legitimate evidence, though that isn't likely at this late date.

That someone has had this shoe all along and now, for whatever reason (revenge, fear whatever) has decided to unload it in such a way to make sure it got discovered...

After all -- IF this is the shoe and IF what looks like blood really is blood?  and that blood is Nats?  And if the analysis of the shoe also ties to Joran?  Then the case takes a very nasty turn back toward the sporter....AND, wasn't there an allegation recently from perhaps his ex girlfriend at the time (2005) that she was perhaps going to let some things go?  Could this be one of those "Things" or whatever it is?

if it is jvds' shoe, and it's a size l4 as originally stated, it would have slipped off his foot rather easily.  klpd interrogators established while he was in jail that his proper shoe size is l0 1/2.
