What bothers me is the amount of concentration
of red in the space of the shoe string eyelet...

and hardly squat anywhere on the rest of the sneaker.

It just seems odd.

The shoes from the "Tampa mall" do not appear to be even K-Swiss. I'm sure some one here would recognize what brand they would be (2 slashes on heel).
*** The shoes Joran is wearing at the "ceremony" appear to be VERY close to the shoe found at the lighthouse. It is my understanding the school pic was taken very close to the time Natalee went missing. THAT is the pic we need to carefully compare against the lighthouse shoe!!

Blonde I totally agree....I think that might me Jorans shoe *placed* recently at the light house...I'm calling a friend on Aruba, on Moday...to see if I can get any other photos...I know they didn't just take 2 pics....what I'm stymied about...is, why didn't they take the shoe too....I'm gonna ask that question you can bet on that...

IF YOU TURN THE SHOE VERTICAL WITH THE TOE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN THE PLASTIC OBJECT (YOU KNOW) THERE ARE CLEAR LETTERING "NH" ON THIS THING.  THE WORD "DARIO WILL BE AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR OWN RIGHT HAND READING FROM BOTTOM UPWARDS.  THERE IS A VERY SMALL LIME GREEN OBJECT AT YOUR LEFT AT THE BOTTOM AND JUST ABOVE THAT IS THE "NH" VERY CLEAR.  JACK BLUE JUNE 7, 2008.

Aaaaaahhhhh....someone tried to wipe the shoe off...but blood pooled in the eyelet ring of the shoe string...blood is *thick* ...and tends to stay in depreshions...

Just above the insole just above and in the rubber there is a great concentration as well.  He is a son-of-a-freaking low-life dog.

Jack, I am just so impressed.  You are amazing with that photography.  It certainly does look like a condom to me, just above the shoe.  Do you think that this condom and the shoe could have been in "safe keeping" until now?  After seeing your picture, I doubt if this evidence was planted by Patrick as a publicity stunt, especially if there is a DNA match to Joran or Natalee.  Now, the question becomes who would have kept this treasure?  Obviously, it's someone who likes Diario or the newspaper wouldn't have received the tip.
