PVDS had it all planned out and we heard glimpses of that when Joran was talking about his conversation with Daury. "You know, all is arranged, she is going to be missing, they will go search, but they will not know a thing, they will not know a thing" After the first Night when they did know these creeps were lying,it Didn't matter to Paulus as long as..there was no Corpse there would be no Case..

He already searced Drugs,Alchohol and the affects on Teens on the computer. Also a Lawyers office..Then just shortly before the Family arrived a devestating virus hit the VDS computer and wiped out almost everything at 9:18 PM. I would imagine that is just one of the things PJK were doing before Beth arrived. They knew a American Family would be coming and searching,they just didn't expect it for another 3 days. Luckily for them someone tipped off the Van Der Sloots upon Beths Arrival in Aruba or it would have been a total suprise.

What else were they doing besides erasing everything on that computer on May 30th? Whats the real reason Deepak and Joran left the VDS house before the ALE and Natalee's Family arrived?

Yeah. The Dirty ALE cops were probably already aware of the crime and were working in concert with Paulus before the family even arrived on the island. At the very least they were tipped off by the cops at Noord which allowed Deppak and the other two to scramble out of there.

Note also that even though the police had an eye witness to Deepak's car being behind the Van der Sloot fence, complete with license number, the three boys were NEVER confronted with this in their interrogations.

That isn't bad police work, that is corrupt police work.

What better way to be tipped off than to be called by one of your friends...a friend indeed!

I wonder who it was? Were they already tipped off before the Jet even arrived? Or did one of the friendly police alert them when Natalee's Family and Charles Croes first notified the police? I don't think they had much notice and they were already erasing everything on that computer. There must have been something mighty important on that Van Der Sloot computer for them to erase everything just 19 hours after Natalee dissapeared. That was very high on there priority list,besides getting there lies together and making sure Natalee dissapeared forever.

Once again, did you ever see an interrogation where Joran or K2 were confronted with tampering of the computers or cell phones? Did you ever see an interrogation where Paulus was asked why he was searching drug and alcohol overdose on his computer? Did you ever see an interrogation about who Paulus called late that night and the following morning?

And where are the 4-5 missing pages of Paulus' transcript? The dirty ALE police probably knew all of this information but conveniently left it out of their reports.

     Because Joran, Deepak, and Satish had preyed upon a girl with strong parents who had strong friends, the suspects found themselves in deep water.  The Twitty/Holloway team--justice-seekers all--was in place.  And soon the team would get much larger.
     While we will soon see how Deepak unconsciously joined the team within a few days it also appears that Joran's unconscious mind was pushing him to help as well.  An Aruban who witnessed the tension-filled encounter between the Twitty team and the van der Sloots in the early morning hours of May 31, 2005, at Joran's house, described to me how badly Joran wanted to join the team in his own way.  But as Joran was pressured by Jug and his friends to reveal information about Natalee's whereabouts, Paulus interupted his son four times to prevent him from speaking.
     Each time Joran told his father, " I must speak to them.  I will help in any way I can."  Of course Joran had no conscious intention to help the Twittys and aid the investigation.  His conscious mind was working overtime to obfuscate, rationalize, and avoid being blamed for Natalee's fate.  Nevertheless, his actions and words reveal that, like Deepak, Joran unconsciously wanted to confess. In fact, later on, in several public interviews Joran actually did confess between the lines.

And not just between the lines. He confessed twice and they haven't done a damn thing to him.

the easiest way to destroy your computer records is to turn off your anti-virus protection and surf the net for porn... that will do it rather quickly..

you do not need a computer expert to accomplish this - it can be done on purpose very quickly.

If some one uninstalled the the anti virus program - well, that says it all.

Paulus was denied his compensation because he had two contacts with Natalee - the last one (I think) was when he picked up both Joran AND Natalee at 4 am. All based on wiretaps.

These are the wiretaps Jannsen withheld from the judges in his arrest and court cases. The same wiretaps that allowed him to be released as a suspect and win his compensation award. It was only during the appeal they were ever revealed. If those wiretaps, and God knows how many others, had been used early on there may have been a different outcome in the case.

One more case of the Aruban Prosecutor and ALE suppressing evidence to free the Van der Sloots.

I do believe that somewhere on that island, in a wall safe or a bank's safe deposit box, there is a copy of the video and probably many others.  The people involved in this are so sleazy that I can't help but think that someday someone is going to start demanding a lot of cash and favors from the others.  That's when things are really going to hit the fan.

The ALE says that the VT did not call them and notify them that Natalee was missing. Why would someone claim that? That makes them look inept. But, it places the onus on the VT and removes the lens of scrutiny from the ALE. So, we can assume that whatever the ALE say - the opposite it true.

The VT did call the ALE and tell them Natalee was missing - they knew right away and when the flight plan was put in place Aruba was notified that the aircraft was coming from Aruba - they knew alright.. oh yeah they knew.  So, then as the plane is approaching Aruba, communication are made between the plane and the tower to get clearance and directions to approach the island.

I would guess (not being a pilot) that the tower was watching the flight from as far out as 500+ miles. Or roughly 1 hour away in a private jet.

The jet used probably has a max speed of 600+ miles an hours and was probably pushing it to the limit to get there as fast as possible.

The Sloots had a one hour head start - max. (not including the time the H/Ts spend at the airport and organizing.

that means the sloot lines were tapped before natalee's disappearance?  what could he have been wiretapped for then?  i asked these questions right after they became public knowledge, but never got an answer.

Good points, and throw in the early calls between Pustus and his good friend Van der Straten that Rudy Croes eluded to. Everything about this stinks, it all implies the cover-up was deep and immediate.

There's your reason they didn't want the FBI in on the case, Dennis. The FBI would have solved it and that was diametrically opposed to what they were trying to do.
