If Renee's documentray were worth a dime some network of broadcasting group would have jumped all over it by now. She's been making it over two years now and hasn't sold it? At this point in time she has probably exhausted all her resources and it won't get sold because anybody with shit for brains knows they'd get sued if they ran it because it's a pack of undocumented lies. This place is even sleazier than Cn'C's and they have invited it into the middle of town?  Aruba don't tell me you want to improve your image and make things right in Aruba when this is happening! Johan ... it was not a rumor.

Antonio Carlo was removed from the case as Joran's legal representation on June 17, 2005.  He had visited the Security Guards who had been detained as suspects in the Natalee Holloway case ... an infraction of Aruban law.

However ... ten days later Carlo was still Joran's attorney and ... was still representing Joran in February, 2006 ... one month following Paulus van der Sloot joining the law firm "Anthony Carlo and Richie Kock."  Richie Kock was the attorney assigned to represent Joran when Carlo was apparently removed from the case.

Americans have been told from the getgo ... they do not grasp Aruban law.  This Canadian cannot grasp it either.

This brings me to the letter or fax that DeVries got his hands on when Carlo told Janssen that Joran played a key role in Natalee's disappearance.  Then all of a sudden Carlo would not talk about it.

I believe that this was a strategy move by Carlo and Paulus to exculpate Paulus from this case.  It's all about covering for Paulus more than it is for Joran.  We all know Joran is guilty so why not place the entire blame on him because they know he will not be prosecuted.  Remove Paulus any way possible from being involved in the disappearance.

If Carlo was so sincere about this letter he would have gave this information to the appropriate people not Janssen who was in on the coverup.  Janssen played it like she was suppose to do and ask Carlo to come talk about it.

Isn't it amazing how that gang rape case just "disappeared" BB? They hopped on it fast, probably offering a cool million to the American victim to not press charges and keep her trap shut.

I was told...in onw of my calls to the Oranjestad ALR about the Senor Frogs reported assault, he was reading it off the computer...while looking for info on the OTHER rape report of Eagle Beach...IIRC...he mentions a June 9th date of the Senor Frogs assault of an American tourist...I'll check my notes...and make another call tonight.

Yes Destiny that was the one I remember reading about here......after one of your calls to ALE. Funny nothing about senior frogs rape....but then again isn't it easier for ALE to NOT be bothered by a young naive teen (as is often the case) not pressing charges  particularly if she was under the influence of something? They are less likely to get charges filed by this target group IMO.  Senior Frog I am watching you!!!

Let us also not forget that Antonio Carlo was sitting on the board of AHATA the whole time Natalee's case was being investigated that first year or two. Is it no wonder AHATA chose to attack Natalee and Beth during that time?
