Brooke Bennett 12yrs old missing 6/25/08 Randolph Vermont(BODY FOUND)

The account is based on an interview with a person identified as “Juvenile 1” who said she was with Jacques and Brooke that morning. “Juvenile 1” is the same girl who told investigators about her own participation in Breckenridge and repeated assaults by Jacques that led to his arrest over the weekend.

“Juvenile 1” told authorities that the she and Brooke returned with Jacques to his home on East Bethel Road in Randolph, where the girls watched TV. Juvenile 1 said she “understood that Bennett would be taken into the Breckenridge program that day, and that she would have sex with adult males,” Rachek wrote.

Right, what I'm saying is that this is the same girl referenced in the original indictment against JaqAss...where KY is mentioned and child porn and Denise asks JaqAss about it and he plays dumb.  She accepts it.  Just trying to figure out the family connection and why a nearly 13 year old girl would go upstairs with a grown man, uncle or not.

My guess is she did not go willingly, as you say why would a "nearly 13 year old girl would go upstairs with a grown man, uncle or not ."  Likely she was forced either carried by more than one man or by threat of violence ie a gun or knife.  It is so sad even to speculate about the fear this poor child must have known.

I just watched a video clip of the grandmother........there is really something wrong with this whole family.

I think the clothes were at Jacques the whole time. As LE closed in he had to make this "discovery". He had to have a reason how the clothes came into his possession.

The other day I was going to post a little something I was thinking about but thought - nah... it's too out there. I was going to say that Jacques manufactured the alternative Brooke myspace - the one that said she was leaving IIR all that correctly.

And he was able to alter her myspace postings with posting of his own. In most browsers there is an application to allow you to save passwords by simply clicking "save password". You can save it for that session or for as long as you wish or until your clear your cache. Brooke may have inadvertently save her password while using his laptop. It's not very likely - he probably DID know the password.

I'm back to my original thought that Brooke may be located with-in two miles of his house.

In the police affidavit, it says the victim was told the president of the United States had selected her for the sex program. The president assigns a trainer, and her trainer would be Michael Jacques. And then she was abused-- almost tortured-- on a weekly basis in many different ways for the next five years. The victim testified she had met three men as part of the "Breckenridge" ring who had told her what types of sexual activity she needed to work on to graduate.
 WTF they should have there di*ks cut off.
 These poor young girls.

Wow Terrific Blonde, I hope you do get to go. Maybe you should run the local TES. I'm sure you would be a great addition!!!

I believe this entire thing is a sham. I think the uncle killed Brooke and she is located somewhere nearby. Somewhere Jacques is very familiar with. This is always how a friend of the family / family relationship abuser goes. There is always the small chance that Brooke did runaway, lord knows she had enough reasons. But there have been zero sightings of her and an all points bulletin. This does not look good, and on top of that she does not seem to have any additional clothing or money.

We need to remember that as WE get better at helping LE to find these animals, they are also becoming better able to prevent anyone from finding their "no body - no case" scenarios. We also need to remember that the computer age has reached almost everyone at this point and these guys are as good as some of the best internet sleuths out there.

Remember - they don't want to be caught. That alone motivates them in a way you and I are not motivated. We are motivated because we care. They are motivated because they do not want to go to jail, face a death sentence, or be raped every day for the rest of their lives. That's quite a few motivating factors if you ask me.

Someone with minimal skills could do what Jacques is alleged to have done here with a computer.

BB ~ just my opinion but,

I think we are looking at a minimum of 5 predators working in conjunction. 5 predators with at least 2 victims each.

There are potential many more, but we seem to have "witness 1" saying that she has seen three other males in addition to Jacques and possibly Gagnon. So there is a long way to go getting them ID and their victims. I am guessing there are still at least 8 more victims and 4-5 more predators that have not yet been questioned or interrogated.

And IMO the sister has to have been involved with some of this at one point or another.  The sister is 18 and would have been 12 when Brooke's mom Cassandra was married and living with Gagnon in Alabama.  I believe the sister Savanna was also molested by her stepfather Gagnon.

The older sister? IMO no. I think this deviant groups like them young...so when they reach
an age which makes them possibly more difficult to "control"...they move on to someone younger. I think the sister was a victim. The other girl, initials A.R., couldn't even be considered a "Stephy" IMO because she herself was only 14 years old.
