Now, granted, maybe I read his comment wrong, but I know how many hours have been spent by Klaasend translating... and it bothered me... because it shows that there wasn't an investigation... just a few friends chatting...

Folks, there is so much to actually talk about it is not even funny.

Hats off to Klaas for her crash course in Dutch.

The statements show so many things not only in what was actually said, but in how the "spin doctors" tried to manipulate the media last summer. I am sure even the most ardent individuals that have been against the family and for JVDS are scratching their heads by what was said.

Also, we were told that the suspects were interrogated hours at ens and ever day ... BS. They were not.

You can also see the the questioning in the statements that most of us probably got a bigger grilling in Elementary school when a tack was left in someone's chair or a spitball that was shot at someone.

Please realize what you are actually looking at. This was the hard work that was put forth by the ALE that was in-turn given to the Prosecutors and then in front of a judge. Gee ... they were all released, why?

A third grader could connect the dots and have asked better follow up questions. Now Aruba asks for Hollands assistance?

Look how the statements change. Look who knew what, where, when and why? Looks at the names that pop up that no one had ever mentioned. Look at events that claimed to have happened that no one talked of.

Now as you read, remember back as to what all the officials, ALE, prosecutors, media, attys were saying.

I thank you too Klass...reading these statements has been eye-opening to say the least.  For one thing, I now get the feeling that all of Joran's "friends" are scared of HIM. There are other realizations to glean as well, and it's so obvious that the ALE was only "going through the motions." I wonder why they even bothered? Except, Aruba seems to make a habit of "going through the motions"..ie: Arresting the innocent guards, Paulus' vacation in jail, Joran's escaping American media & Natalee's family by staying in jail so long, the Only-for-PR Visibility Team running around on the beaches for show, etc.etc.etc.....Aruba makes a practice of pretending.

Based on these statements, I firmly believe that the answers as to what happened to Natalee Holloway lie in the interviews with ALE.   Statements prepared for signature by witnesses and suspects were reduced to mush.  It follows that any physical evidence would be tampered with also.  The fact that no physical evidence of Natalee's activities exists after her departure from C&C's is evidence of a coverup.  No witnesses, no hair, no saliva, blood, not a sandal, a bracelet, watch or earring.   If they were in Roswell, maybe; but this was in Aruba.
