Has the ALE ever given an explanation why the Honda appears to have
a mismatched back left tire?

It is leaning heavily to the left. They do not appear to be on an incline.

1 person is in the driver's seat... and they ALE guy does not appear

to be leaning on the car heavily.


The car could not bank left that much if Dennis Jacobs was poking

Anita Van der sloot in the back seat!!!!

Carpe, I don't think anyone can answer your question as to why the car leans and appears to have a smaller tire on the driver's side rear.

If Anita was in the backseat or in the trunk, all four tires would have been blown out. It would have been as flat as a pannekoekken.

I'll put that question on the list - as question #23089 for Deutekom Dirty Hand to answer before he gets burnt at the stake.

My guess is it's a "mystery boy" who showed up at C&C that night...Satish says Deepak was talking to this 'boy', then Deepak says Joran was talking to this 'boy'. SO WHICH IS IT - were there TWO mystery 'boys' at C&C that night who could have owned a suv/van?

I just thought of something, if the cars were switched out, and I think there is a good possibility that's exactly what happened here, Deepak is driving the car that was seen at the ALE station, and he knows it -

Deepak to Skeeters - 'I'm not going back to jail, those judges know I know too much'. >paraphrased.

Now what exactly does Deepak know? The only one who knows less than Deepak about what actually happened in the cover-up is Satish. Paulus made sure that the Kalpoes know as little as possible. Joran knows as much as Paulus. Deepak and Satish know very very little.

So, Deepak knows that car is not the original car I suppose.

So where is the original car? who knows!?!? still at the ALE garage? bottom ocean? incinerated? being driven by the person that own the doppleganger originally?

find that car and the case could be solved as the evidence could still be there. Deepak knows the Honda he is driving will never test positive for any forensics.

I'm bumping this forward...I wanted to comment on this last night... but was caught up in the license plate scandal

1. Do we know if this will be a jury trial or heard by a judge? I have never heard one way or the other. Anyone know?

2. I realize that most on the dark side believe that the tapes are tampered with, however, there are certain segments not in dispute. According to Jamie - in his direct words to me before he died, Deepak said that the end of the tape - Deepak says exactly what is highlighted above by Dayhiker. This has never been in dispute. Deepak did say that, and it is as clear as a bell.
