The couple that were beaten and robbed in their hotel room on another island are suing the resort for millions.  I would think the same would apply to Natalee and they could sue at least C&C but there are no dram laws there.  Probably not in Mexico where the company is incorporated either?  They can sell booze to an obviously intoxicated person and get away with it.  In the case of Natalee, why did the cops not go there and confiscate all the booze to check for drugs, etc.?

They knew what they would find.  Dennis Jacobs already told Dave to keep his drink covered because they would put drugs in it.  So they knew and did nothing.  Seems ALE and prosecution are the ones needing sued so badly.

You know maybe JQK is waiting to file against CnC's until the judge's ruling... but Aruba has made it abudantly clear that they could care less about justice in this case.

Right, Mrs. Red, Would look bad to be suing everybody at once.  
Technically Natalee didn't disappear from the HI so guess they are off the hook as well.  How about the Exelsior Casino for that is where the predator spotted her?  

There should be some way to hold some of these adults responsible.

Can the H/T’s sue Carlos-n-Charlies and the Excelsior Casino?  Wouldn’t bringing the action at least give them an opportunity to people on the ground in Aruba and do a proper investigation?

At closing time, I doubt if she agreed . Joran was in that bar for one purpose, to find a girl. He found one and at the very end of the night, he makes his move and buys her a drink. Then, when the lights go on and they are telling people to leave, he is just there. So, they exit the place.

How convenient is this? They did this 20x before and they had it down pat.

There seems to be a discussion at Refugees whether Natalee was wearing earrings that night.  They are questioning whether she's wearing earring in the photo that was shown last night on TV.  I've compared all 3 photos we've seen from that night and it's clear to me Natalee was wearing long dangle earrings:

I think there is always a strategy to keep opening doors in the event that one closes...makes sense... and I also think that CnC's is more involved than just being the bar... remember Steve Croes got a job there as the dj... and Tito's brother is the PR manager.... and we all know how Tito viewed what happened.... why would they hire SC's ... seems like a payoff IMO

I don't know about those refugees.  They concentrate on little insignificant things and slander Beth Twitty every chance they are allowed to use a keyboard.  I'm sure they will turn the ear rings into some strange torture device Beth forced Natalee to wear.

I clearly see the earrings.  Had a little bit of discussion with Kermit at BFN for I didnt think they looked like something Natalee would wear dancing as they would move too much but Kermie quickly corrected me and straightened me out on that, lol!   And he was right, they are clearly visible.   I was porjecting my feelings about drop earrings like that--hate them dancing or even bending over.   But the are there for sure, no doubt about that.  In ALL the photos, too.

I think it's what you get used to... I used to only wear very simple earrings... but I love Chandlier earrings... and now that I wear them.. I don't really notice that they are there... but at first, they were a little bothersome...

Somewhere in my travels from board to board over the past year, I do remember the 'earrings or no earrings' on the night in question being of topic before now...I would like to say it was at refugees site, but can't really remember. Anyway....at the time, the discussion I believe was about whether or not she was wearing the long dangles at C&C's on that Sunday night and they all concluded from the photo's she was not.....hence, from what THEY perceived at the time was that some of the other photo's released w/ Nat in that infamous green top were taken on a different day. It has always been clear to me she was wearing earrings all that day and night. It is weird they (Refs) are discussing this again....

But Mrs, she'd have to be behaving responsibly or she'd beat herself silly with them.  

That girl was not even the alleged "tipsy" in the photo from Beth last night.  Certainly not drinking 151 Rum all day and did not consume a lethal amount of alcohol.  Unless she did it after the photo was taken in an hour or two which would be strange.  Dompig lied.  He is a very big, fat person so guess that explains it.  I would still like to make him eat that photo!  

In that interview he gave that was just about how Natalee was seen with drugs (yeah, right!) his talking about what Beth thought of HIM and how he had been all over the world but Beth considered him so simple, etc. just made me ill.  Was he angry Beth did not find him attractive as a man or what was he saying, anyway?  So if the mother is not in love with the Chief of Polis, they refuse to investigate?  I don't understand their system.  But it makes me want to barf just the same.
