Did anyone expect it to take this long for a decision to come from the civil case judge? I admit, I didn't.

blows my mind...you know...when I read FP and all the great posts..I wonder and worry of the judge is receiving all of the updates happening in Aruba...are we allowed to write...and to where?

Shizaru, I remember that being attributed to ArbeeJ, but I never remember Alana (Dash) saying that. She was on BOR. Can someone get the video? I have come to question a lot of Rhonda a/k/a ArbeeJ based on the Dayo Gould posts and the Scrux posts of ArbeeJ.

It was Arbee who said it did NOT happen if I recall correctly.  At first they thought it had and later asking each kid, no one would say they actually say her shout anything.

Again, I'm pretty sure that in his book Dave did say he found some kids who saw it happen.

OK, I found that part in his book, and Dave wasn't told that firsthand.

However there had to be some sort of incident where Natalee shouted something, it doesn't make any sense that the suspects could have just made that up, because then how could Arbeej have heard of it on June 1 long before the suspects or their attorneys said anything about it publicly.  They may not be describing what happened entirely accurately but it must have some basis in fact.

I always found it strange that Arbeej was posting about Natalee's disappearance on Trip Advisor before Beth & Dave got to Aruba.

Dave claims that when Jacobs told him to go wait at CnC's for Natalee, that he also warned him to watch his drink as people put drugs in them.  

See, it is common Knowledge! We all know that you shouldnt let your drink unattended due to another bar patron etc.... but when the bartender does this to make a few bucks, that is criminal

Perhaps, you are right, that she posted on May 31, but Beth got there in the late hours of May 30, early hours of May 31.  Maybe she wa just the town crier and I had a lot of respect for her until she made that contribution to the  Scrux gang about the Skeeters tape before she knew the facts.  Strange indeed.

In anticipation of Art Woods appearance on the Dana Pretzler radio show, I did look at Dave's book again and some of the things that Art said.
Aruba can do tests for blood typing. They did it on the mattress that was found and determined that it was dogs blood.  
Why did the blood / chocolate / cleaning fluid stain go to the Netherlands and come back not blood. Before they sent it, would they not have done the blood typing test ? The stain on the mattress never went anywhere.

you know...there has been some negative posts about MB kids lying and covering for the way that they were drinking...but in college I went on spring break every year and drinking "responsibly" meant you partied, had fun...danced...and fell asleep before you made an a-- out of yourself!! haha vs the ones that puked and we found them somewhere the next morning not smelling too good!! I think she was saying that yes they were partying!! but no one got out of hand!! Totally understand!!

This is the way the friends I grew up with were...and you COULD expect an escort back tipsy w/out fear of being violated. So it seems to me..as though Natalee had a sense of security when she entered that car!! She assumed Joran would respect her and treat her the same way as her fellow MB friends did...problem was...Aruban boys were PREDATORS!!!

well...better close too...wide awake and might as well get some work done on the old rehab project!! Have a great 4th of July holiday all!! Will be saying my prayers for all of our soldiers...past and present!! $th of July is the anniversary of my Momma's death...we said she had to go out with a bang!! She died at 49 of cancer...this 4th will be 13 years!! Still miss her everyday!! Always a hard holiday for my family!! Love ya Momma!!

I have never gone to refugees site...hate the negative stuff!! LITERALLY never been there...it wasn't a negative post about the event...can't remember the context of where I read it...but I think more similar to my post...that she was used to being treated with respect and thus naive...just not remembering WHERE I read it.

Borg did Gatlinburg to Cherokee week before last to the Casino! Hiked up to Clingmans Dome while I was at it!

WOW!!! doing better than me!!! I can barely make it up Clingman's Dome anymore!! haha older people rest less often than I!! haha I lost at the casino when I went...but remember when it was all machines and no real dealers...really much nicer now!! But WON when it was machines!! haha

I'm a Vegas person myself! I was disappointed in the Harrahs Cherokee casino!
