It really makes me so angry that I pay in American dollars and cannot get service with those same dollars.  I know these guys in India are brilliant.  I have known and been friends with many Indians, but they really need to work on their language skills.  After all, many Indians speak very good English because ...uh, well, that old colony thing again.
