Holey moley!  If I lived in Aruba, I think I would buy stock in bandages and funeral directors.  I definitely would not buy stock in security.

I pray that those involved in this accident and their families can find the strength they need to bring them all peace.

Wow, you would think if one lived in Aruba, they would be alarmed about the accident rate and try to change it.  The drop in tourism couldn't happen to a better destination.  Glad to see it.  What a hell hole that place is.  It frosts my butt to see the VDS family living as if nothing ever happened, with the community embracing them.  Hope it is worth it.

Natalee, I pray every night that justice will be served.  God bless Beth and Dave, they have endured the unthinkable.  My heart goes out to you both.

why did VCB need 130 employees? sounds like padded books to me to put people on the payroll. Sometimes a company is specifically formed just to put a bunch of people to work... if ya know what I mean. Many of these people will not actually work and need a cover job to explain income on tax reports.

I just checked the chicago outfit bucket twice for his picture and I don't see it in there. It might be in another public bucket. I have seen his picture before and he is loosely associated with the pimps. He might be a member of the Biba Lekker. I'm pretty sure he, but it's been awhile since I have thought about him.

back to VCB - one area that has always held my attention was when Kim Gulfoyle went to Aruba in '06 she went to the Van Cromvoirt house. You might remember this was the large yellow house with the iron gates. When she apporached - two very large dogs came running to the gate.

I believe those two dogs are the same dogs seen in the Aru-Bay videos.

Man freed in Antigua murders probe

A drifter being questioned in connection with the double murder of a British couple on honeymoon in Antigua has been released.

Ben Mullany, 31, and his wife Catherine, also 31, from Pontardawe, South Wales, were both shot in the head during an apparent bungled robbery on the last day of their honeymoon on the Caribbean isle.

Clarence "Cloud" James, who works on the beach near to the Cocos Hotel where the fatal shootings happened, was questioned for several days but provided an alibi and has now been released from custody, police in Antigua said.

Inspector Cornelius Charles said no-one remained in custody in connection with the murders.

On Thursday, a memorial march was held in Antigua to remember the victims of the nation's spiralling crime problem, including the Mullanys.

Non-governmental organisations, unions, the government, political parties and members of the private sector will all take part in the National March of Solidarity against the direction in which the nation is headed later today, a spokesman for the Antiguan Ministry of Tourism said.

As part of the march from the Holy Family Cathedral on Michael's Mount to the Rising Sun Grounds, a brief memorial ceremony to pay tribute to the Mullanys and other victims of violent crime will be held at sunset.

"Antiguans and Barbudans are a caring and loving people and together we can, and will stop the violence," organisers said.

Mrs Mullany, a doctor, died instantly when at least one gunman burst into their isolated cottage as they slept on July 27.
