I don't have the energy to look back to find this out, so how many days has Casey been in jail?  Isn't it like 3 weeks or something?  If they are going to charge her it has to be in the 33 day window or she can be released?  I'm disgusted.  That's getting awfully close now.

If the State Attorney's Office confirmed that someone asked for immunity, we know that someone had to be Baez. If Baez in fact did this is it possible that one of these scenarios played out?

The DNA is back and it confirms Caylee is dead. Baez offers to have Casey tell where Caylee's body is in return for immunity. OK, I'll kill my kid and if I tell you where I put her, you'll let me off scott free. NOT!

or

Someone else killed Caylee and Casey has told Baez who did it. Casey will tell in return for immunity.

No, it's a legal contractual agreement. They can do partial immunity from what I've read but I have no doubt that they won't give her any immunity. Could you imagine the public uproar if this woman isn't charged. OMG. I'll bet it could reach riot stage.

I do agree absolutley NOOO immunity.. No question. I just wondered if they would lie to her (as she has lied to the world) just to get her to talk then snatch the immunity away? The way she snatched Caylee's life away.

I don't think they would even consider immunity.  Depending how difficult the case is they might look at partial immunity.
I am against it!
I think, in time the investigators will solve this and find little Caylee.
